dc.description.abstract This article examines various strategies aimed at improving the quality of life for high school students. It delves into the multifaceted aspects of student well-being, covering emotional, social, and academic dimensions. The study identifies key factors that contribute to a positive school experience, such as supportive relationships with teachers and peers, effective stress management techniques, and the development of healthy lifestyle habits. Using a qualitative research method, the article provides insights into how these strategies can be implemented within the school environment to create a more supportive and enriching atmosphere for students.
