Résumé:
تعتبر هذه الدراسة اول دراسة على المستوى الوطني، فهي تتناول ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث من أهم القضايا الاجتماعية، بل تنطوي عليه من جوانب سلبية من شأنها تهديد النظام الاجتماعي العام وزعزعة استقراره، لذا أصبحت حاليا تحتل مكانة بارزة ضمن الموضوعات التي تحظى بالدراسة، مما أدى إلى بناء العديد من الخطط العلاجية والإصلاحية خاصة بعد خروجهم من مراكز إعادة التربية. الجزائر كمثيلاتها من الدول عرفت ولا تزال تعرف هذه الظاهرة، فأنشأت مؤسسات إصلاحية وهذا بهدف حماية الأحداث من خلال دمجهم من جديد وتكييفهم مع بيئتهم الاجتماعية.إن للأسرة أهمية بالغة في إصلاح الحدث وفي نظر الكثيرين مسؤولة عن سلوك أفرادها لأنها مؤسسة اجتماعية، دورها التربية والمراقبة والتوعية وتوفير الحاجات الحقيقية لأبنائها، كما أنها تمثل الحارس الأمين لتلك المعايير، وعليه لما سبق فإن تلك العوامل والمتغيرات أسهمت بطريقة أو بأخرى في إحداث أثر إيجابي للحدث اجتماعيا،اقتصاديا،ثقافيا، تربويا. انطلاقا من ذلك نطرح الإشكالية المحورية في هذه الورقة البحثية حول: الحماية الأسرية في معاجلة وإصلاح الأحداث الجانحات، كما سنتطرق إلى العوامل التي أدت إلى حماية الأحداث بعد الخروج من مراكز إعادة التربية، وما مدى مساهمة الأسرة في إعادة الإدماج
The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is considered as one of the important sociological questions, because of its negative impacts which influence the social order and destabilize it. This phenomenon occupies an important place in the sociological studies which have led to the construction of many remedial plans, in particular after the departure of the minors from the reformatories.
Algeria, like other countries, has known and still knows this phenomenon and has set up reform institutions to protect minors by rehabilitating them and reintegrating them into their social environment. The family plays a major role in this reform, and it is responsible for the behavior of these members, we see it as a social institution, a unit of surveillance, education and surveillance by protecting these forms, which have had a positive impact on the minor in the social, economic, cultural and educational fields.
We will try to answer with this contribution, on the role of family security in the correction of young delinquents, will thus address the factors leading to the security of minors after the third departure from correctional houses, and at the end the role played by family in reintegration.
