التمثل الاجتماعي لمرض القصور الكلوي المزمن

Abstract

We tried to deepen this topic with a analytical study to know the different social representations of Renalinsufficiency at final stage. In this new topic, we wanted to study the sociological view related directly or indirectly to the family social practices that affect the patient's psychosocial aspect and contribute positively or negatively to the patient’s treatment or help him (her) to accept him living with the disease in conjunction with medical treatment. We conducted a field research on a sample of patients with chronic renal failure treated with the hemodialyse’smachine - Renal insufficiency Renaloo-Chronicle, made interviews with patients at the University Hospital of Beni-Messous -Algiers; the sample includes 20 persons affected with the disease of both sexes and of different social groups. The most important results was that the chronic kidney disease has social implications, including death, danger, disability, and the disease is explained by religious and socio-cultural factors that reflect the reality of family and social situations in different regions of Algeria. Résumé : Nous avons essayé d'approfondir ce sujet par une étude analytique pour connaitre les différentes représentations sociales de la maladie d'insuffisance rénale en phase finale ; ceci est un nouveau sujet que nous voulons étudier du point de vue sociologique en relation soit directement ou indirectement avec les pratiques sociales familialeset affectent le coté psychosocial du patient(e) et contribuent de façon positive ou négative dans le traitement ou de s’accommoder à vivre avec cette maladie en conjonction avec un traitement médical. Nous avons effectué une recherche sur le terrain sur un échantillon de personnes souffrant d'insuffisance rénale chronique traités avec l’appareil de l’hemodialyse.Pour insuffisance rénale chronique,nous avonsconduit des entretiens avec des patients à l’hôpital universitaire de Beni Messous –d’Alger, l’échantillon représente 20 personnes affectées par lamaladie des deux sexes et de différents groupes sociaux. Parmi les résultats les plus importants obtenus : l’insuffisance rénale chronique contient des significations sociales en rapport avec la mort, le danger, l’handicap; la maladie est expliquée par des facteurs de croyance et des considérations socioculturelles qui reflètent la réalité familiale et sociale vécues dans les différentes régions de l'Algérie. لقدحاولناأن نتعمق في موضوع هذاالبحث بالدراسة والتحليل لمعرفة مختلف التمثّلات الاجتماعية لمرض القصور الكلوي النهائي، فهو موضوع جديد أردنا دراسته من الناحية السوسيولوجية لما له علاقة سواء مباشرة أو غير مباشرة بالممارسات الأسرية الاجتماعية التي تؤثر على الجانب النفسي الاجتماعي للمريض أو المريضة وتساهم إما إيجابا أو سلبا في العلاج أو التعايش مع المرض بموازاة مع العلاج الطبي، ومن اجل ذلك قمنا بإجراء بحث ميداني على عينة من المصابين بمرض القصور الكلوي المزمن المعالجين بآلة الدياليز -بمستشفى بني مسوس الجامعي-الجزائر مقابلة مع 20 حالة مصابة بهذا المرض من كلا الجنسين ومختلف الفئات الاجتماعية ثم قمنا بإعادة إنتاج مختلف تصريحات المقابلات لفهم الظاهرة المدروسة ،ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها إن مرض القصور الكلوي المزمن يحمل دلالات اجتماعية من بينها الموت، الخطر،الإعاقة والعجز وتفسر الإصابة بالمرض إلى عوامل عقائدية واجتماعية ثقافية تعكس الواقع الأسري والاجتماعي المعاش في مختلف المناطق الجزائرية.
