Abstract

تعتبر خمسون سنة من الاستقلال فترة قصيرة جدا في حياة أمة، وهي فترة زمنية أقصر من حيث متطلباتبناء منظومة تربوية وطنية. فلقد خرجت البلاد غداة الاستقلالمنهكة جراءاستعماراستيطاني عمل خلال قرن ونيف تدمير مجتمع برمته بثقافته وشخصيته وقيمه الاجتماعية والحضارية. وقد نالت المنظومة التعليمية الجزائرية كذلك نصيبها من الدمار الذي لحق البلاد، وعليه؛ ورثت الجزائر في المجال التربوي وضعا مزريا للغاية. كانت البداية فجر الاستقلال تكاد تكون غير ممكنة نظرا لما فقدته من معالم وأسس، وهياكل وموارد بشرية. وكانت المسيرة الأولى بمثابة تجريب وبحث عن الملامح لبناء قاعدة تربوية تستجيب لحاجة المجتمع إلى الإصلاح. وخاضت الجزائر معركة التربية بكثير من الإرادة والرغبة في تجاوز مخلفات الاستعمار وما تركه من حرمان وقهر وضعف. لذلك مرّت مراحل بناء منظومة تربوية وطنية بكثير من الصواعد والنوازل بحثا عن النماذج المناسبة لمجتمع يعيش وضعا خاصا موصوما بإرث يتطلب جهدا مضنيا وعبقرية تتجاوب والحاجة إلى الترميم ومن ثم البناء. هذا المقال يعرض مراحل تطور المنظومة التربية في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال إلى اليوم. Fifty years of independence represent a very short period in the life of a nation, a shorter period in terms of the conditions required for the reconstruction of a national education system. The country emerged as a result of its independence, exhausted by French colonization characterized by a relentlessness and destruction of an entire society with its culture, its personality and its social and cultural values, and which lasted more than a century. The Algerian educational system has also received its share of this destruction of the country and has inherited a very deplorable situation in the field of education. Therefore, departure was very difficult with regard to a social situation characterized by poverty, ignorance, lack of infrastructure and cadres able to take over to face the educational challenge. Only the will, the will to do it and the intention to build a solid foundation for an emerging society, were the basic tools to resume the long course of recovery and construction. This approach covers the path of this long, fragile and hard path taken by independent Algeria to build an education system that reflects the national identity and meets international standards. Résumé. Cinquante années d’indépendance représentent une très courte période dans la vie d’une nation, une période plus courte en termes de conditions requises pour la reconstruction d’un système éducatif national. Le pays a émergé à la suite de son indépendance, épuisé par la colonisation française caractérisée par un acharnement et une destruction de toute une société avec sa culture, sa personnalité et ses valeurs sociales et culturelles, et qui a duré plus d’un siècle. Le système éducatif algérien a également reçu sa part de cette destruction du pays et a donc hérité d'une situation très déplorable dans le domaine de l'éducation. Ainsi ; le départ était très difficile par rapport à une situation sociale marquée par la pauvreté, l’ignorance, le manque d’infrastructures et de cadres aptes à prendre la relève pour affronter les défis éducatifs. Seule la volonté, le vouloir faire et l’intention de construire une base solide propre à une société en émergence, qui étaient les outils de base pour reprendre le long parcours de redressement et de construction. Cette approche décrit le parcours de ce chemin long, fragile et dur qu’a pris l’Algérie indépendante afin de construire un système éducatif qui reflète l’identité nationale et répond aux normes internationales.
