واقـع الإجرام في المجتمع الجزائري عرض إحصائي

Abstract

The present paper intends to display the statistics related to the increasing extent criminality has reached in Algeria. It is based on true facts treated by the “The National Gendarmerie” offices and are distributed according to two main factors which are gender and age. In addition to that, it explains the role and efforts of the institution to combat this evil and prevent from, and how it treats committed crimes. تقدم هذه المداخلة عرض إحصائي يعكس مستوى استفحال ظاهرة الجريمة في المجتمع الجزائري، انطلاقا من القضايا المعالجة على مستوى مصالح الدرك الوطني، وموزعة على متغيري الجنس والسن. بالإضافة إلى إبراز جهود هذه المصالح في سبيل الوقاية من الوقوع في الإجرام أولا ومعالجة الجرائم الواقعة ثانيا. Cette communication présente un exposé statistique indiquant une hausse du taux de criminalité au sein de la société algérienne en se basant sur les cas traités par les services de la Gendarmerie Nationale et répartis selon deux facteurs : le sexe et l’âge. De plus, elle explique le rôle ainsi que les efforts des dits services dans la prévention de ce fléau et le traitement des crimes commis.
