عوامل التحاق المسنين بدور العجزة دراسة سوسيو- ديموغرافية بدور المسنين بالجزائر العاصمة ( دالي ابراهيم- سيدي موسى- باب الزوار)

Abstract

إن الاهتمام بفئة المسنين تزايد على المستوى العالمي ، لما لهذه الفئة من تأثير على التركيب السكاني، خاصة مع تطور أساليب الرعاية الصحية وانخفاض مستوى الوفيات والولادات معا، ومنه الزيادة في متوسط الأعمار، ما سيخلف نسبة كبيرة من المسنين تستوجب الرعاية الاجتماعية والصحية من طرف الأسرة والدولة معا. لقد كانت العائلة الجزائرية التقليدية تمنح القيادة والسلطة لكبار السن في تسيير شؤون الأسرة في ظل نظام يفرض نمطا من الالتزامات والمسؤوليات، إلا أن ظهور النموذج الأسري الحديث أدى إلى تغير نظام السلطة ومركز المرأة في الأسرة بسبب تعليمها وخروجها للعمل ومنه تغير المكانات والأدوار وحتى الوظائف، ما أثر على نمط العلاقات بين الأفراد وأفرز مشاكل كثيرة كمشكل التكفل بالمسنين، هذا ما فسح المجال للرعاية المؤسساتية ( ديار العجزة). إذاً برزت قضية معاناة المسنين عندما وجدوا أنفسهم في ظل نظام اقتصادي قائم على العمل المأجور والتقاعد ونظام اجتماعي جديد قائم على الأسرة الزواجية يواجهون واقعا يتطلب رعايتهم والتكفل بهم.The attention to the elderly class has increased at worldwide level due to the impact of this category on the population structure, especially with the development of health care methods and decrease of mortality and birth level together; as a result, the increase in the average ages which leaves behind a large proportion of the elderly requiring social and health care from both family and state. The traditional family gave leadership and authority to the elders to manage the family’s affairs under a system that imposes a pattern of obligations and responsibilities; however, the emergence of the modern family model led to a change in the authority system and women’s status in the family because of her education and her going out to work, as a result, a change in positions, roles and even jobs which affected the pattern of relations between individuals and produced many problems such as the problem of caring for the elderly that paved the way for institutional care (homes of elderly). So, the suffering of the elderly appears when they found themselves living in economic environment based on paid work, retirement and new social system based on marital family, they face a reality that requires their care and support.
