Abstract:
نسعى من خلال هذا العمل إلى التّحقق من مدى فعّالية تبني المقاربة التسويقية واستراتيجياتها في حل مشكلة قلة استخدام الأرشيف التاريخي، وذلك من خلال استعراض مفاهيم التسويق في المنظمات الهادفة للربح وغير الهادفة للربح كمراكز الأرشيف الوطنية، ثم توضيح المنافع التي يؤديها تسويق الأرشيف ومعوقات تطبيقه. ولقد اعتمدنا على أداة التحليل البيئي الرباعيSWOT الذي سمح لنا التّعرف على كل من البيئة الداخلية لمركز الأرشيف الوطني الجزائري. باستخراج مواطن القوة ومواطن الضعف والتّعرف على البيئة الخارجية وما تشتمل عليه من فرص وتحدّيات، ومن ثم وضع تصور لاستراتيجية تسويق بث المعلومة الأرشيفية. خلصت الدّراسة إلى وجود الكثير من المفاهيم والاستراتيجيات التسويقية التي يمكن تبنيها في مراكز الأرشيف بشرط مراعاة خصوصيات هذه الأخيرة والتي تميزها عن بقية أنظمة المعلومات الوثائقية. كما أن إعداد استراتيجية تسويقية لهذه المراكز تتأثر بمهارات وحجم القوى البشرية، جودة وسائل البحث، السياسات والتشريعات الأرشيفية، التكنولوجيا ودراسات المستفيدين.
This paper aims to verify the effectiveness of adopting the marketing approach and its strategies in resolving the issue of the low use of historical archives. This will be done through the reviewing of marketing concepts in profit-making organizations and non-profit making organizations as National Archives Centers, as well as showing the benefits related to archives marketing and impediments to its application. We have adopted the SWOT analysis tool which allowed us to identify the internal environment of the national archives center and highlight the strengths and weaknesses and to identify the external environment including its opportunities and challenges, and hence, conceptualizing the strategy of marketing the archival information dissemination. The study concluded that there are many marketing concepts and strategies that might be adopted in archives centers provided that the specificities of this latter, that distinguish it from other documentary information systems, are taken into account. The elaboration of a marketing strategy to these centers is affected by the skills and size of human forces, means of research quality, archives policies and legislations, technology and user studies.
