مشاركة المرأة في صنع القرار داخل الأسرة ومختلف المنظمات

Abstract

يهدف هذا المقال إلى أن مشاركة المرأة في صنع القرار داخل الأسرة و في مختلف المنظمات، تواجه نوعين من العوائق: من جهة عوائق اجتماعية و ثقافية، إلى جانب العوائق التشريعية، لهذا نجد المرأة أقل حظا من الرجل في عملية صنع القرار، إلى جانب افتقار النساء للموارد الاقتصادية الأمر الذي يقلل من فرص الالتحاق بتكوين، إضافة إلى صعوبة وصول المرأة للمناصب القيادية في المجال الاقتصادي، حيث تنتشر الثقافة الذكورية في غالبية المؤسسات الاقتصادية، كل تلك العوامل أدت إلى تشكيل نظرة نمطية للمرأة، أدت إلى انخفاض نسبة مشاركة النساء في المجال السياسي.

This paper aims at showing that woman’s participation and decision-making within the family and organizations are facing two types of obstacles. On the one hand, the structural ones caused by the law and discriminatory institutions that reduce their scope of participation and taking decision within household or other institutions. On the other hand, due to the lack of resources, women have fewer opportunities than men to attend training, make relations and gain access to necessary resources to become performing leaders.

Cet article vise à démontrer que la participation de la femme à la prise de décision au sein de la Famille et les organisations sont confrontées à deux sortes d'obstacles sur la voie de la participation à la prise de décision. D'une part, des entraves structurelles causées par des lois et des institutions discriminatoires qui réduisent encore aujourd'hui leurs possibilités de participation à la prise de décision au sein de ménage ou les autres institutions. D'autre part, faute de moyens, les femmes ont moins de chances que les hommes de suivre une formation, de nouer les contacts et de bénéficier des ressources nécessaires pour devenir des dirigeantes performantes.
