لقد شهدت مدينة الجزائر توافد كبير للأندلسيين بعد سقوط غرناطة، ولقد كان لهم دور بارز في مجتمع المدينة في الجانب الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، ونخص بالذكر جانب الوقف ومدى مساهمتهم الوقفية لصالح المرجع الأهلي والخيري وأيضا مدى اسهام الفئات الأخرى من مجتمع المدينة في الوقف لصالحهم، ولتسليط الضوء على الأوقاف الاندلسية قمنا بالاستناد الى مصادر أولية تتمثل في وثائق المحاكم الشرعية وهي عقود المحكمة الشرعية في الفترة العثمانية، وسجلات البايلك والمال والبايلك، إضافة الى المصادر الأجنبية والمحلية ، ودراسات حديثة باللغتين العربية والأجنبية, ومن خلال هذه المادة الغنية حاولت الإجابة على بعض التساؤلات ولو بصفة نسبية نذكر همها: ماهي المؤسسات الوقفية المستفيدة من اوقاف الاندلسيون، وما مدى مساهمة العائلات والجماعات الاندلسية في الوقف ، وماهي اهم الفئات الاجتماعية التي وقفت لصالح الأندلسيين، ماهي اهم الأملاك التي وقفها الاندلسيون، هل كانت اوقاف الاندلسيون خيرية ام ذرية، ماهي اهم قضايا المرافعات إلى المجلس العلمي بخصوص اوقاف الاندلسيون، والى أي مدى ساهم الاندلسيون في استغلال الأملاك الموقوفة، والى أي مدى أيضا ساهمت الفئات الأخرى في استغلال الأملاك الموقوفة الاندلسية.
وهذه الدراسة جددت النظرة العامة وأعطت تصورا جديدا لفئة الاندلسيين، وستفتح المجال لدراسات أخرى تنطلق من هذه المقاربة وتشكل الأرضية لأبحاث مستقبلية في التاريخ المجهري المتخصص.
The city of Algiers witnessed a large influx of Andalusians after the fall of Granada, and they played a prominent role in the city’s society in the social and economic aspect, especially the endowment aspect and the extent of their endowment contribution to the benefit of the civil and charitable authorities, as well as the extent to which other groups of the city’s society contributed to the endowment for their benefit, and to shed light on Andalusian Endowments We relied on primary sources represented in the documents of the Sharia courts, which are the contracts of the Sharia court in the Ottoman period, and records of the beylik, money and beylik, in addition to foreign and local sources, and recent studies in both Arabic and foreign languages. Through this rich material, I tried to answer some questions, even in a relative manner. We mention their concerns: What are the endowment institutions that benefit from the Andalusian endowments, and to what extent the Andalusian families and groups contribute to the endowment, and what are the most important social groups that stood for the benefit of the Andalusians, what are the most important properties that the Andalusians have given as endowments, were the Andalusian endowments charitable or charitable, what are the most important issues of pleading to the Council? Scientific research regarding the Andalusian endowments, and to what extent the Andalusians contributed to the exploitation of the endowed properties, and to what extent other groups also contributed to the exploitation of the Andalusian endowment properties
