الخصائص المجالية للحي وتأثيرها في ممارسة العنف لدى الشباب

Abstract

تتحدث هذه الورقة عن مسألة جدّ هامة يعيشها المجتمع الجزائري مؤخرا، وهي تصاعد ظاهرة العنف خاصة في الأوساط الشُبَانية، تمّ التركيز فيها على عامل مهم يساهم إلى حدّ ما في زيادة حدّة هذه الظاهرة، ألا وهي خصائص المجال الفيزيقي للشباب أي المجال الخاص الذي يسكن فيه وما يحمله من خصائص، والمجال العام الذي يتحرك فيه، حيث التخطيط والتهيئة الحضرية في الأحياء الجماعية الموروثة عن الحقبة الاستعمارية المتواجدة بالعاصمة يكاد يكون منعدما، خاصة في الأحياء التي تصف بالشعبية، مما استدعى البحث في مساهمة الخصائص المجالية للأحياء الجماعية الموروثة من الحقبة الاستعمارية والتي يطلق عليها الأحياء الشعبية التي تعرف سوء التخطيط ونقص في التهيئة في زيادة العنف لدى الشباب.

This paper deals with a recurring question in our society: the issue of violence we experience daily which is steadily increasing particularly among young people. In this work the focus is set on the impact of the characteristics of the spatial environment upon practicing violence (assault and battery) consisting of the private space where the young inhabits, and then the public space where he moves. We can observe of Algiers in the neighborhoods inherited from colonization, a lack of planning and urban management; this element increases the violence practiced by young people (assault and battery).

La violence est une question très importante que nous vivons quotidiennement dans notre société et qui connait récemment une recrudescence en particulier dans les milieux de jeunes (coups et blessures volontaires), je focalise sur un facteur important qui contribue dans une certaine mesure à l’aggravation de ce phénomène, à savoir l'espace physique des jeunes c'est à dire l'espace privé où ils demeurent (les caractéristiques de la maison) et l'espace publique où ils se déplacent. Nous pouvons constater un manque flagrant d'aménagement dans les quartiers collectifs hérités de l'époque coloniale qui se situent à Alger (quartiers populaires) Ceci m’a poussé à essayer de comprendre la relation existant entre les caractéristiques physiques du quartier dit populaire héritée de l'époque coloniale et la violence des jeunes (coups et blessures volontaires).
