الخلاصة:
جاءت هذه الأطروحة لمحاولة فهم الإدارة بالمشاركة كنمط في تنظيم علاقات العمل وعلاقته بعملية إتخاذ القرار بالمنظمة الصحية،حيث أصبحت كبرى المنظمات العالمية تعتمد عليه لتحقيق فعالية التنظيم في كل مستوياته انطلاقا من دمج العامل كليا من خلال ما يقدمه بحسب موقعه في التنظيم ووفقا لطبيعة حيث يعد اسلوب جيد لترسيخ التشاركية في إتخاذ القرار وتفعيل الإجتماعات وتنشيط الإتصال في كل مستوياته، وتمت الدراسة بمستشفى الصداقة لطب العيون كوبا-الجزائر بولاية الجلفة حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة 103 موظف بالمشفى، وتم إختيار العينة الطبقية ذات الحجم الامثل ،و إعتمدت الباحثة على المنهجي الكمي و الكيفي لتوضيح الدلالات السوسيولوجية للمعطيات الميدانية،
وتوصلت الباحثة إلى أن الإدارة بالمشاركة تساهم في ترشيد وإثراء وجودة عملية إتخاذ القرار، حيث تفسح الإدارة للعامل المشاركة وتعزز تواجده بالمنظمة كعضو مشارك وفاعل حيث يعمل القائد على ترسيخ الإستقلالية و الديموقراطية في المنظمة الصحية ويفوض الصلاحيات الكافية للفرد بحسب تواجده وأدوراه
This thesis came to try to understand the participatory management model as a pattern in organizing professional relations, and its relationship to the decision-making process in the health organization, as major international organizations have become dependent on it to achieve the effectiveness of the organization at all levels, based on integrating the worker completely through what he provides according to his position in the organization and according to the nature of His work, as it is a good method for consolidating participatory decision-making, activating meetings and activating communication at all levels,The study was carried out at the Friendship Hospital for Ophthalmology, Cuba, Algeria, in the state of Djelfa, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 103 hospital employees. The stratified sample was chosen, as the researcher relied on the quantitative and qualitative method to clarify the sociological implications of the field data. The researcher concluded that participatory management contributes to the rationalization of the decision-making process, as the management allows the worker to participate and enhances his presence in the organization as a participating and active member
