dc.description.abstract	يهدف هذا المقال إلى تحليل واحدة من أهم الظواهر الاجتماعية، في الوقت الراهن، والمتعلقة بمفهومي المجتمع المدني والمواطنة، سنحاول من خلاله تقديم وصف وتحليل لمختلف أبعاد ثنائية: التقاطع والتعارض للعلاقة بينهما، وذلك على الصعيد النظري والتطبيقي، لاسيما خلال مرحلة التحول الديمقراطي التي يعرفها العالم العربي ككل. المجتمع المدني، المواطنة، التحول الديمقراطي The current article aims to study one of the most important social phenomena, related to the concepts of "civil society and citizenship", as he tries to provide a description and analysis of the various bilateral dimensions (dualism): the intersection and incompatibility of the subject at the stage of the democratic transition of the Arab world.
