dc.description.abstract |
Degenerative diseases affect the brain and, more generally, the nervous system, causing the death of
neurons. Among these diseases is Parkinson's disease, which is the subject of our study. It involves the
gradual loss of dopaminergic neurons, which play a key role in stimulating and controlling body movement.
This current study is part of scientific research focused on the orthophonic care of dysarthria in
patients with Parkinson's disease, specifically dysarthrie hypokinétique. These disorders have a significant
impact on the patient's daily life, not to mention the psychological aspect of the condition. These disorders
can vary greatly depending on several factors, including the level of severity of Parkinson's disease. |
