Résumé:
تهدف الدراسة التي بين أيدينا إلى إلقاء الضوء على واقع التكوين الذي تتلقاه معلمات الأقسام التحضيرية التابعة للمدارس الإبتدائية على مستوى مقاطعات التربية الثلاث للجزائر العاصمة.
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة٬ أعد الطالب أداتين هما : المقابلة و الاستبيان.
و بعد الحصول على البيانات و تنظيمها و معالجتها٬ تحصل الطالب على النتائج الآتية :
لقد تبين من خلال استغلال نتائج المقابلة و الاستبيان و بعد التحليل الإحصائي لجداول التفريغ أن : التكوين المستمر٬ و من خلال البرنامج المسطر لمعلمات الأقسام التحضيرية التابعة للمدارس الابتدائية و المتعلق بأنشطة التكوين المختلفة٬ لا يحقق الأهداف المرجوة كاملة٬ من جهة. و لا يراعي٬ من جهة أخرى٬ بما فيه الكفاية الخصائص والفروق الفردية للمستفيدين من العمليات التكوينية، و بالتالي لا يستغل انعكاسات مشاركة المعلمات لحصص التكوين من خلال الدراسة و التقييم و الذي يعتبر شرط مهم من شروط نجاح عملية السيرورة التكوينية.
The study in our hands aims to shed light on the reality of the training received by the teachers of the preparatory departments of primary schools at the level of the three education Algier's districts.
After obtaining, organizing and processing the data, the student obtains the following results :
After exploitation of the results of interview and questionnaire and the statistical analysis of the discharge tables that: the continuous training, and through the lined program for the teachers and related to the various training activities, does not fully achieve the desired goals. Moreover, it does not sufficiently take into account the characteristics and of the beneficiaries of the formative processes, and it does not take advantage of the implications of female teachers' participation in the training sessions through study and evaluation
