توجه المرأة الجزائرية إلى الطبخ في زمن الكوفيد 19 هروب أم ملأ فراغ أم فرصة للإبداع؟

Abstract

في زمن الكوفيد 19 أو ما يسمى بفيروس الكورونا ،هذا الوباء الذي انتشر في العالم فجأة ،وأحدث ذاك القلق الاجتماعي الكبير على مختلف المستويات ،وبدوره خلق هزة في الممارسات الاستهلاكية للأفراد ،لدرجة أن العالم عرف نوعا من الشراهة في الاقبال على اقتناء مختلف المنتوجات الغذائية التي يحتاجها الأفراد بشكل هستيري باعتبار الحجر المنزلي الذي فرض على الناس ،وبالتالي خلق هذا الجو الروتيني والمخيف الذي جعل الفرد حبيس بيته نوعا من التفكير في التغيير داخل البيت ،وطبعا مس هذا التغيير المفاجئ والثقيل ربما استقرار المرأة داخل البيت ،حيث أصبحت مضطرة لتغيير نمط العلاقات بين الأفراد داخل الأسرة وتوجيهها ايضا ،وكل هذا خلق لديها نوعا من الضغط المفاجئ،بالتالي فإن المرأة الجزائرية على وجه الخصوص حاولت أن تجد مخرجا او متنفسا لها من هذا الضغط الذي تمثل في لجوئها إلى المطبخ كمجال خاص و واسع يستوعب ضغوطاتها الجديدة ،فوجهت ممارساتها في إعداد الطعام توجيها كثيفا أسعد أسرتها وخفف من ضغط الوباء القاتل الذي حل فجأة.

In the time of COVID- 19, or the so- called Coronavirus, this epidemic that suddenly spread in the world and caused a great social anxiety at various levels, and in turn created a shock in the consumer practices among individuals to the extent that the world knew a kind of gluttony in the demand for various food products that Individuals need it hysterically, considering confinement imposed on people; thus, creating this routine and frightening atmosphere which made the individual confined to his home. Also, it created a kind of thinking about change inside home, and; of course, this sudden and heavy change affected perhaps the stability of the woman inside the house, as she became forced to change the pattern of relationships between individuals within the family and directing them as well. This; in fact, created a kind of sudden pressure for her, so the Algerian woman; in particular, tried to find a way out, or an outlet for her from this pressure, which was represented in resorting to her kitchen as a private and wide space that accommodates her new pressures. So, she directed her practices in preparing food, which was was an intense directive that pleased her family and eased the stress of a deadly epidemic that suddenly emerged.
