Training engineering takes the form of an organized plan that begins with
an analysis of training needs, and takes three main steps: the design, implementation,
and evaluation of thetraining program. Training in the contemporary time has gone
beyond the traditional goals of the field of work, and has become aimed at
encouraging creativity and innovation within the organization, taking into account the
system of globalization and digital technology, as well as taking into account the
values that promote individuals' perceptions and behavior in the field of work |
