Abstract

دور الردع القانوني في الوقاية من حوادث المرور الملخص: عرفت حوادث المرور ارتفاعا رهيبا في الآونة الأخيرة حتى أصبحت تسمى بإرهاب الطرقات، وهي تشكل خطر على المجتمع و أفراده لما تخلفه من خســائر مـــادية و بشرية تتكبدها الأسرة و المجتمع و الدولة على حد السواء. وتكاثف الجهود للحد من هذه الظاهرة مسؤولية الجميع انطلاقا من الأسرة وكل الفاعلين الاجتماعيين ولعلّ أسلوب الردع الذي يوجب الالتزام بالقواعد المرورية احد هذه الطرق التي تضع حد للمخالفات المرتكبة ، و القضاء على كل ما يعترض تسهيل حركة المرور وفرض عقوبات صارمة على كل من يخالف القوانين المنصوص عليها. انصب اختياري لهذا العنصر لما له من وزن على التقليل من حوادث الطرقات فالمواطن قد يرمي كل الأمور عرض الحائط لكن عندما يتعلق الأمر بالعقوبة يضع لها اعتبار ويحرص على تجنبها.
