دور المواطنة المسؤولة في نبذ خطاب الكراهية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى تأثير المواطنة المسؤولة في الحد من خطابات الكراهية، إنطلاقا من إستقرار أهم مؤسسة قاعدية في المجتمع ألا وهي الأسرة ودور طبيعة الأساليب التربوية للوالدين إتجاه الأبناء من الجنسين في ترسيخ مختلف القيم بما فيها قيم المواطنة ونبذ الكراهية، والتعايش مع الآخر مهما كانت ثقافته، وديانته، وعرقه، حيث تبنى العلاقات في المجتمع على أساس التفاعل والتواصل بين أفراده وإمتثالهم لمعايير وضوابط محيطهم فهذا هو ما يضمن إستقرار كيانه، من جهة أخرى لاحظنا أن خطاب الكراهية من الظواهر التي تؤثر على المجتمعات، فهذا الأخير يعتبر واقعا مفروضا عرفه العالم منذ القديم عبر مراحل تاريخية، وأختلف من حيث الأساليب والأشكال وشدّة التأثير، وكذا سبل التصدي بناءا على قيم المواطنة، ومن خلال دراستنا التي تربط بين المواطنة ونبذ خطاب الكراهية، سنتطرق إلى المحاور التالية : مفهوم المواطنة، مراحل المواطنة المسؤولة وخصائصها، وأثر غيابها، دور الأسرة في ترسيخ القيم الانسانية والمواطنة، خطاب الكراهية بين الماهية والنظريات، ثم خاتمة واقتراحات عملية. Abstract: This study aims to find out the extent of the impact of responsible citizenship in reducing hate speech, based on the stability of the most important foundational institution in society, which is the family and the role of the nature of the educational methods of parents towards children of both sexes in consolidating various values, including the values of citizenship and the rejection of hatred, and coexistence with the other, whatever they may be. His culture, religion, and race, as he builds relationships in society on the basis of interaction and communication between its members and their compliance with the standards and controls of their surroundings. Through our study that links citizenship and the rejection of hate speech, we will address the following axes: the concept of citizenship, the stages of responsible citizenship and its characteristics, the impact of its absence, the role of The family in consolidating human values and citizenship, hate speech between essence and theories, then a conclusion and practical suggestions.
