Abstract

يعالج موضوع الأطروحة فظاعة النظام الكولونيالي الفرنس ي الذي جن ، حربية واعتمد استراتيجية حربية ردعية في مواجهة الثورة الجزائرية بمجرد اندلاع ثورة الفاتح نوفمبر 1551 1591 بهدف القضاء على الثوار في معاقلهم، وإضعاف مركز جبهة – وعرفت تصعيدا خلال سنوات 1559 التحرير الوطني في المجالين العسكري والسياس ي، إلا أن المجهود الحربي لقيادة الثورة الجزائرية على الصعيد الداخلي والخارجي خلال مواجهتها للتعبئة الحربية الفرنسية حال دون أن تحافظ على "الجزائر فرنسية". وتكمن أهمية الموضوع بمختلف أبعاده السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وحتى رحت قضايا ما ط القانونية والانسانية، في كونه لا يزال يثير الكثير من الجدل السياس ي والتاريخي خاصة كل فات حرب الدولة الفرنسية ضد الجزائريين، ومختلف الانتهاكات جوهرية حول مخل اللاإنسانية التي ارتكبتها لاة المستوطنين وجنرالات الجيش الاستعماري، قوات الاحتلال الفرنسية خلال الثورة الجزائرية بإيعاز من غ م بسبب احتجاز أرشيف "حرب الجزائر"، ويظ ل هذا والكثير من قضاياه لا يزال يكتنفه الغموض والتكت الموضوع مطروحا وبحاجة إلى المزيد من ا حسم بعد، ملفات الذاكرة التي لم ت لأبحاث الأكاديمية، خاصة وأن ت السلطات الفرنسية الحاكمة إلى يومنا هذا، ورفضها الاعتذار على ما ارتكبته الدولة الفرنسية في بسبب تعن الجزائر The subject of the thesis addresses the atrocity of the French colonial regime, which deployed a large number of men and an unprecedented military arsenal by adopting a military deterrent strategy to stem the Algerian revolution as soon as it started on November 1, 1954. Which experienced an escalation during the years 1956 to 1961 in order to eliminate revolutionaries in their strongholds and weaken the National Liberation Front militarily and politically, But the war effort to lead the Algerian revolution internally and externally during its confrontation with the French military mobilisation prevented it from maintaining a French Algeria. The importance of the issue in its various political, military, economic, social, even legal and humanitarian dimensions lies in the fact that it still raises many political and historical controversies, especially when fundamental questions are raised about the vestiges of the war of the French colonial state against Algerians and the various inhumane violations committed by the French occupying forces during the Algerian revolution under the influence of the settlers and generals of the colonial army. Many of these problems are still surrounded by mysteries and secrecy due to the holding of the "Algerian War" archives by the French state, this subject remains topical and necessary for more academic research, especially since the memory files have not yet been resolved, due to the intransigence of the French authorities in force to date and its refusal to apologise for what the French colonial state has committed in Algeria.
