صورة الجزائر من سنة 1705 إلى سنة 1814 م من خلال المصادر التونسيٌة

Abstract

توضح هذه الدراسة كيفية تناول المصادر التاريخية التونسية لصورة الجزائر في مختلف الجوانب السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية خلال القرن 18 ومطلع 19م. فهي دراسة لنظرة الآخر للأنا، الآخر الذي تمثله تونس هذا البلد الذي تربطنا به روابط دينية ولغوية وجغرافية وتاريخية ضاربة في التاريخ إلى الأنا الذي تمثله الجزائر. تكلمت المصادر التونسية بشكل مفصل عن العلاقات السياسية والتدخلات العسكرية بين الجزائر وتونس، وصورت تلك المصادر المشهد السياسي العام السائد بين الجزائر وتونس طيلة القرن 18 ومطلع 19م ، فتمثلت لنا الصورة سوداوية في العلاقات السياسية، لكن رغم ذلك كانت هناك مبادلات تجارية وقوافل متنوعة البضائع تصل التراب التونسي قادمة من بايلك الشرق الجزائري، كما كانت هناك هجرات سكانية متبادلة بين الأيالتين، ورحلات علمية ومراسلات وإجازات وتأثير وتأثر في الجانب الثقافي والصوفي بين البلدين و بذلك يمكن استخلاص، صورة الجزائر السلبية في الجانب السياسي والعسكري استنادا لما ورد في المصادر وصورتها المشرقة الإيجابية في الجانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي.

This study clarifies how the Tunisian historical resources tackle the image of Algeria in various cultural, social, economic, military, and political aspects during the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. It is a study that is concerned with the vision of the other to the self of the other that Tunisia represents - a country that is linked to us through striking historical, geographical, linguistic, and religious bounds in history - compared to the self that Algeria represents. The Tunisian resources talked in detail about the political relationships and the military interventions between Algeria and Tunisia. They portrayed the prevailing view between the two countries during the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. Hence, a dark image was portrayed in the political relationships. However, there were trade exchanges and caravans with various goods that reached the Tunisian soil that came from the eastern Beylik of Algeria. Moreover, there were exchanged population migrations between the two Iyalahs, as well as scientific journeys, academic degrees, correspondences, and influence on the cultural and the Sufi sides between the two countries. As a result, it is possible to extract an image of a black Algeria in the political and military aspects between Tunisia and Algeria, as well as its bright, positive, and good image in the cultural, social, and political aspects.
