الاغتراب النفسي : مقاربة مفاهيمية

Abstract

حاولنا من خلال هذه المقاربة النظرية، إجراء قراءة سيكولوجية لظاهرة الاغتراب النفسي وأبعاده، من خلال استعراض مفاهيم تناولتها بعض الدراسات السابقة ومحاولة التعقيب عليها وربطها بمفاهيم أخرى تمخضت عن تسارع الأحداث في المجتمع، وزخم الثورة التكنولوجية، مع بيان الأسباب الكامنة وراء الظاهرة، والآثار النفسية المترتبة عنها، ثم محاولة تقديم بعض الأساليب المقترحة للتخفيف والحد من تنامي الظاهرة. وذلك كله بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كقاعدة يقوم عليها بحثنا للوصول إلى الهدف المطلوب ألا وهو تسليط الضوء مفاهميا على ظاهرة الاغتراب النفسي.

Through this theoretical approach, we tried to conduct a psychological reading of the phenomenon of psychological alienation and its dimensions, by reviewing concepts addressed in some previous studies and trying to comment on them and link them to other concepts that resulted from the acceleration of events in society and the momentum of the technological revolution, while explaining the reasons behind the phenomenon and the resulting psychological effects. Then, we try to present some suggested methods to mitigate and limit the growth of the phenomenon. All of this is based on the descriptive analytical approach as the basis upon which our research is based to reach the desired goal, which is to shed light conceptually on the phenomenon of psychological alienation.
