أثر التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة العاملة على تفعيل أنماط الاتصال الأسري وتقليص العنف الموجه ضدها

Abstract

إن المفارقات الحاصلة في المنظومة الاجتماعية المعاصرة والتغير الذي طرأ على مكانة المرأة جعل من هذه الأخيرة تتمتع بنزعتها الديمقراطية وميلها نحو تكافؤ العلاقات بينها وبين الرجل والتي ارتبط ظهورها وانتشارها تناسبا مع خروج المرأة للعمل وحصولها على التمكين الاقتصادي، حيث أزاحت هذه المعادلة الجديدة الأسس التي يقوم عليها النظام الأبوي فتراجعت السلطة التعسفية للرجل بظهور المرأة العاملة كفاعل جديد وكشخصية مستقلة نسبيا، فحصول المرأة على قدر من التعليم واكتساب المهارات التي تسمح لها بالتوظيف ومن ثم تحقيق قدر معتبر من الاستقلالية الاقتصادية مهدت لخروجها من علاقات التبعية المباشرة، والولاء الكامل للرجل وسلطته وهو ما يطرح أمام الرجل وضعا جديدا يفرض عليه مراجعة موقفه والدخول في نمط جديد من العلاقات الاتصالية بعيدا عن العنف والتسلط اللذان فرضهما النظام الأبوي التقليدي السابق، وتبرز أهمية الدراسة في تناولها موضوعاً ذو اهتمام محلي وعالمي تعكسه الأدبيات الاجتماعية ذات العلاقة بتمكين المرأة في المجتمع ودوره في تقليص العنف الموجهة ضدها لاسيما في ظل المتغيرات الحديثة التي وفرت بيئة اتصالية جديدة قائمة على الحوار والمشاركة والتفاعل بعيدا عن التسلط والعنف، كما تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على البيئة الاجتماعية التي تلعب دوراً كبيرا إيجابا أو سلبا في تمكين المرأة في المجتمع الكلمات المفتاحية: التمكين الاقتصادي – العنف – الاتصال الأسري- المجتمع الأبوي التقليدي.

In this study we are going to study the paradoxes in the contemporary social system and the changes that have occurred in the status of women have made them enjoy their democratic rights and their inclination toward equal relationships between with men. This is associated with the emergence and spread of working women, as well as their economic empowerment, which has displaced the traditional patriarchal system and reduced the arbitrary power of men. So women have become a new active and relatively independent personality, with their own desires, needs, and independent will, which was dominated by men before. In addition, Women’s access to a degree of education and skills that allow them to be employed and thus achieve a significant degree of economic independence have paved the way for their exit from direct relations of dependency. The total loyalty and authority of the man, which poses an obstacle to the man, which requires him to review his position and enter into a new pattern of communication relations away from the violence and domination imposed by the traditional patriarchal system. Then, the importance of the study is highlighted as it deals with a topic of local and global interest, which is reflected in the social literature related to empowering women in society and their role in reducing violence directed against them, especially in light of the recent changes that have occurred in social structures and their growing phenomenon of globalization, which called for liberation, independence, and women ‘sentry into the workforce.
