الخلاصة:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الأمن الصناعي بأبعاده (معدات وأدوات السلامة، ظروف العمل، إجراءات الوقاية) ومستوى تقييم المخاطر بمصنع الاسمنت عين التوتة، من وجهة نظر العمال، وكذا التعرف على درجة الأمن الصناعي، ومستوى تقييم المخاطر المهنية، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 عاملا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عرضية، كما تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبيان أداة لجمع المعلومات، بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية، واستخدمت الحزمة الإحصائية(SPSS) النسب المئوية، التكرارت، معامل الارتباط بيرسون. وبعد إجراء التحليل الوصفي للدراسة واختبار الفرضيات توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: - درجة ممارسة الأمن الصناعي في المصنع كان بدرجة مرتفعة نسبيا حسب الاستبيان المعد لذلك. - مستوى تقييم المخاطر المهنية في المصنع كان بدرجة متوسطة سواء من طرف العمال أو الإدارة حسب الاستبيان المعد لذلك. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية موجبة بين الأمن الصناعي ومستوى تقييم المخاطر بمصنع الاسمنت عبن التوتة. ولاية باتنة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تقييم الأخطار المهنية؛ الأمن الصناعي؛ معدات وأدوات السلامة؛ ظروف العمل؛ إجراءات الوقاية.
This study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between industrial security in its dimensions (safety equipment and tools, working conditions, preventive measures) and the level of risk assessment in the Ain Touta cement factory, from the workers' point of view, as well as to identify the degree of industrial security, and the level of occupational risk assessment, where it formed The study sample consisted of 30 workers, who were selected in a cross-sectional way, and the descriptive correlational approach was adopted, and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting information, after verifying its psychometric properties, and the statistical package (SPSS) was used for percentages, frequencies, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. After conducting the descriptive analysis of the study and testing the hypotheses, the study reached several results, the most important of which are: - The degree of practicing industrial security in the factory was relatively high, according to the questionnaire prepared for that. - The level of occupational risk assessment in the factory was moderate, whether by workers or management, according to the questionnaire prepared for that. - There is a positive statistically significant correlation between industrial security and the level of risk assessment at the Aben Touta Cemen
