تطبيقات الارغنوميا في البيئة المدرسية المدمجة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. دراسة ميدانية على البيئة المدرسية لذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مختلف تطبيقات الأرغونوميا المعمول بها في دمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة في مدارس العاديين، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 50 فرد من الفريق البيداغوجي المدرسي بولاية المدية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثتان ببناء أداة لقياس مدى تطبيق متطلبات السلامة في البيئة المدرسية بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب تحليلي، فتكونت الأداة من 36 بند موزعة على أربع أبعاد هي"بعد المتعلق بالفضاء الخارجي، البعد المتعلق بالصف الدراسي، البعد المتعلق بالمرافق المدرسية العامة والبعد المتعلق بالتجهيزات التكنولوجية المساعدة، وقد تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة الدراسة على عينة استطلاعية تمثلت من 10 أفراد من الفريق البيداغوجي وأظهرت النتائج تمتع الأداة بمعامل الصدق وثبات عالي مما يسمح تطبيقها على العينة الأساسية. وقد توصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك تطبيق لمعايير الارغونوميا الخاصة بالسلامة والأمن في مدارس دمج ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية بينما تطبيق الارغونوميا في تصميم وتنظيم الصفوف الدراسية وكذا تطبيقها في تصميم المرافق العامة للمدرسة كان بدرجات أقل من المتوسط . وتوصلت الدراسة الى توصيات أهمها لابد من الأخذ بعين الاعتبار جل المعايير والتدابير التي تتماشى مع أطفال الإعاقة العقلية عند تصميم البيئة المدرسية بغرض دمجهم مع أقرانهم العاديين، بحيث لا يشكل الوسط المدرسي عائقا أمام ممارسة التلميذ من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة لمختلف الأنشطة المدرسية الصفية واللاصفية بما يضمن له السلامة والأمان في الوسط المدرسي. قدر من الأمن والراحة في الاستخدام وما تكفله له من جودة في أمور الحياة اليومية لا سيما إذا كان هذا الفرد من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة

The current study aimed to identify the various applications of ergonomics in force in the integration of people with special needs with mild mental disabilities in ordinary schools, where the study sample consisted of 50 members of the school pedagogical team in the state of Medea, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers built a tool to measure the extent of application of safety requirements in the school environment based on the descriptive approach in an analytical manner, the tool consisted of 36 items distributed over four dimensions: "the dimension related to outer space, the dimension related to the classroom The psychometric characteristics of the study tool were verified on an exploratory sample of 10 members of the pedagogical team, and the results showed that the tool has a high coefficient of truthfulness and stability, which allows it to be applied to the basic sample. The results of this study found that there is an application of ergonomics standards for safety and security in schools for the integration of people with intellectual disabilities, while the application of ergonomics in the design and organization of classrooms as well as its application in the design of public facilities for the school was lower than average. The study reached recommendations, the most important of which is that most of the standards and measures that are in line with children with mental disabilities must be taken into account when designing the school environment in order to integrate them with their normal peers, so that the school environment does not constitute an obstacle to the practice of students with mild mental disabilities for various classroom and extracurricular school activities to ensure safety and security in the school environment.A degree of security and comfort in use and the quality it guarantees in daily life, especially if this individual has special needs.
