Abstract

البحث عبارة عن طرح لموضوع نظرية الفعل التواصلي ودورها الوظيفي في المجتمع، وكيف كانت منعطفا فكريا هاما في تاريخ الفكر الفلسفي لمدرسة فرانكفورت النقدية، أين رجحت كبديل فعال، وضروري للخروج من الأزمة التي سببها العقل الأداتي، الذي عجز عن تحقيق الهدف المنشود( الحرية والعدالة)، وكيف أنها تمكنت من الربط بين الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي في فلسفة هابرماس التواصلية، والذي ساعد على تجسيدها أكثر الفضاء العمومي بالاستعانة بالمجتمع المدني خصوصا في المجال السياسي العملي، كما يوضح البحث امتدادات، وأبعاد هذه النظرية، وتأثيراتها داخل أوروبا، وخارجها في عدة ميادين من حياة الإنسان المعاصر، الأخلاقية ، والاجتماعية، والسياسة، وحتى الثقافية. الهدف من البحث هو إبراز دور نظرية الفعل التواصلي في الحفاظ على العلاقات الاجتماعية عن طريق التواصل السليم بالاقتداء بأخلاقيات التواصل،والابتعاد كل البعد عن كل صور الإقصاء، والتهميش، والاستغلال الاجتماعي، ومحاولة التعايش في كنف الحرية والسلام الدائم، والأمن العام من أجل تحقيق المواطنة الكونية أو العالمية في العصر المعاصر. This research is a presentation of the topic of the theory of communicative action and its functional role in society, and how it was an important turning point in the history of the philosophical thought of the Frankfurt Critical School, where it was preferred as an effective and successful alternative, and necessary to get out of the crisis caused by the instrumental mind, which was unable to achieve the desired goal (freedom and justice). And how it was able to link the theoretical and practical aspects of Habermas’s communication philosophy, which helped to further embody it in the public space with the help of civil society, especially in the practical political field. The research also shows the extensions of this theory. And its effects inside and outside Europe in several fields of human life, Contemporary, moral, social, political, and even cultural. The aim of this research is to highlight the role of the theory of communicative action in maintaining social relations through proper communication, staying far away from all forms of exclusion, marginalization, and social exploitation, and trying to coexist with the confines of freedom, lasting peace, and public security in order to achieve universal citizenship, or globalism in the contemporary era.
