Abstract

إن جميع المعلمين و الأساتذة بمختلف م ا رحل التعليم ، لديهم أهداف تعليمية لمقر ا رتهم ، بغض النظر عما إذا كانوا قد كتبوها أم لا إذا كنتم جادين في تحديد ما إذا كان الطلاب يبغون تحقيق أهداف التعلم الخاصة بكم ، فإنكم بالتأكيد بحاجة إلى تجميع تلك الأهداف . كما أن توضيح و تحديد الهدف هو عملية حيوية في التخطيط التعليمي ، و التي تعطي الإطار العام لما يجب أن يتعلمه الطلاب . و كيف يمكن تقييم تحقيقهم لهذه الأهداف. يعد تحديد الأهداف التعليمية الخطوة الأولى في تصميم البرنامج التعليمي، حيث توضح النتائج المتوقعة من عملية التعلم وتحدد المعايير التي سيتم استخدامها لتقييم أداء الطلاب . فالأهداف التعليمية هي عبا ا رت مكتوبة بوضوح ، تحدد سلوك تعلم الطالب المرجو أو الإج ا رء الذي يمكن قياسه بمجرد إتمام نشاط تعليمي معين . وتعد هذه الأهداف الأساس لتحقيق التوافق بين الأهداف التعليمية وأدوات التقييم و طرق التدريس، لدعم تحقيق النتائج التعليمية المرغوبة . عند تحديد الهدف التعليمي، يجب أن يكون الهدف ذا صلة بمها ا رت ومعرفة محددة ، يجب على الطلاب اكتسابها . و من المهم جدا أن تكون الأهداف محددة ، و قابلة للقيا س ، لكي يتمكن المعلمون من تقييم مدى نجاح الطلاب في تحقيق هذه الأهداف . و لا يمكن تحقيق الأهداف التع ليمية ، إلا إذ ا درس المعلم أو الأستاذ سيكولوجية علم النفس الطفل . و لا يمكن لأي طالب أن ينجح في مهامه الأكاديمية ، إلا إذ ا طالع يوميا الكتب العلمية و الأدبية من مختلف اللغات و يفهم و يكتب المعلومات بم ا رجعها ، حتى يتمكن من تحقيقه أهداف تحصيله الأكاديمي و ترجمة ما تعلمه في الحياة العملية .

These objectives are the basis for achievingalignmentbetweeneducational objectives, assessmenttools, and teachingmethods to support the achievement of desirededucationaloutcomes. Whendefining an educational objective, the objective shouldberelated to specificskills and knowledgethatstudents must acquire. It isvery important that the objectives are specific and measurable, sothatteachers can evaluate the extent to whichstudents have achievedthese objectives. Educational objectives cannotbeachievedunless the teacher or professor has studied and learnedchildpsychology.No student can succeed in hisacademictasksunlesshereadsscientific and literary books daily, in differentlanguages, and understands and writes the information withitsreferences, sothathe can achievehisacademic goals and translate whathe has learnedintopractical life.
