The study examines Knowledge Management as a contemporary administrative strategy, with a particular focus on its application in documentary institutions, especially university libraries. It explores the theoretical foundations, epistemological dimensions, and conceptual origins of Knowledge Management to clarify its significance and address ambiguities in its implementation within Algerian university libraries.
