الخلاصة:
The Algerian legislator, based on the provisions of Islamic
law, has enacted a set of laws that regulate and control the
relationships between individuals within the family at various stages
of its development: 1- Before marriage. 2- During marriage. 3- After
the dissolution of the marital bond. The aim is to maintain the
stability and continuity of the family, while considering the best
interests of the children. Therefore, the "Family Law" is considered
one of the most important mechanisms of legal regulation in
Algerian society.
