Abstract

تحضي قرية القلعة بتميزريث (بجاية) بتراث معماري رّيفي غني، متنوع ومختلف، ظلّ رهنية التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الحاصلة بالمنطقة، ما أدى إلى تدهور معالمها، وتعرضها لمجموعة من المخاطر والعوامل، كالتلف بمختلف أنواعه (الطبيعي، والبشري، والبيولوجي)؛ وفي إطار هذا التدهور والسعي للحفاظ على ما أمكن من المظهر العام لمعالم القرية، تمّ تحديد مجموعة من الأساليب الوظيفية المستخدمة في صيانة ومعالجة الأضرار ولتحديد مجموعة من التدابير والإجراءات الوقائية والعلاجية اللازمة اتخاذها؛ وتمّ الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في بعض أطوار الدراسة، علما أنّ هذا النوع من الدراسات يتطلب الدراستين النظرية والميدانية للوصول إلى استنتاجات علمية تصب في خدمة الموضوع؛ والتي تهدف في أصلها إلى إعادة الاعتبار للقرى الرّيفية بتميزريث (بجاية). The village of El Kalea in Themezrith (Bejaia) has a rich, diverse and different rural architectural heritage, which has been subject to the economic and social transformations taking place in the region, which has led to the deterioration of its features, and its exposure to a range of risks and factors, such as damage of all kinds (natural, human, and biological); In the context of this deterioration and striving to preserve as much as possible the general appearance of the village’s landmarks, a set of functional methods were identified that are used in the maintenance and treatment of damages, and to determine a set of preventive and remedial measures and measures to be taken; The descriptive and analytical approach was relied on in some phases of the study, bearing in mind that this type of studies requires both theoretical and field studies to reach scientific conclusions that serve the subject. Which aims, in its origin, to rehabilitate the rural villages of the Themezrith (Bejaia
