مصحوبة باعاقة سمعية شديدة (دراسة حالة) (imc) التكفل الأرطوفوني بحالة تعاني من إعاقة حركية عصبية

Abstract

من بين الإعاقات المنتشرة والتي تستدعي التدخل المبكر للمختص الأرطوفوني للتكفل بها نجد الإعاقة الحركية العصبية (IMC) التي ترجع إلى إصابة غير تطورية ودائمة على مستوى الجهاز العصبي المركزي وتصيب الأطفال قبل أو أثناء أو بعد الولادة، وتظهر على شكل عجز حركي يصحبه غالبا اضطرابات حسية ومعرفية وانفعالية. ومن بين الإصابات الحسية التي تصاحب هذه الإعاقة نجد الإعاقة السمعية والتي تظهر الدراسات أن نسبة انتشارها لدى هذه الفئة من الأطفال تبلغ حوالي 25%. وبالتالي تهدف دراستنا الحالية إلى عرض حالة لطفل يعاني من إعاقة حركية عصبية مصحوبة بإعاقة سمعية شديدة، بالإضافة إلى ذكر مختلف الخطوات المتبعة في التكفل بهذه الحالة خاصة جانب الإعاقة السمعية كون أن الحالة استفادت من جهاز الزرع القوقعي. Among the widespread disabilities that require early intervention by the speech therapist to manage them is cerebral palsy (CMI) which is due to a non-developmental and permanent lesion in the central nervous system and affects children before, during or after birth, and this manifests in the form of a motor disability often accompanied by sensory, cognitive and emotional disorders. Among the sensory lesions that accompany this disability is hearing loss, studies of which show that the prevalence rate for this group of children is around 25%. Thus, our present study aims to present the case of a child suffering from cerebral palsy accompanied by a severe hearing loss in addition to evoking the various stages to take charge of this case, in particular the hearing handicap, since the case received a cochlear implant.
