تعد صقلية إحدى معابر الحضارة الإسلامية إلى أوروبا خلال العصور الوسطى الأوروبية حيث لم يقتصر تأثيرهم في الجزيرة بزوال حكم المسلمين ، بل تواصل نفوذهم في ظل حكام النورمان حديثي العهد بالحضارة ، فتواصل ازدهار الحضارة الإسلامية في صقلية خلال الحكم النورماني ، وتأثر النورمان بمقاليد الحكم الإسلامي، كما ظهر ذلك التأثير بشكل جلي في المجتمع والاقتصاد النورماني بالجزيرة. act-. Sicily is one of the passages of Islamic civilization to Europe during the European Middle Ages, as their influence on the island was not limited to the demise of Muslim rule, but rather their influence continued under the rule of the Normans who were newly civilized, so the Islamic civilization continued to flourish in Sicily during the Norman rule, and the Normans were influenced by the traditions of Islamic rule. This effect was also clearly visible in the island’s Norman society and economy.
