Item انتشار الجرائم الجنسية ضد الأطفال عبر شبكة الانترنت ورهان التنشئة الجنسية للحد منها(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-07-31) قمقاني, فاطمة الزهرةعرفت المجتمعات اتساعا وتزايدا كبيرا في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ولقد تلقت الدول العربية ومنها الجزائر هذه التقنية التي استخدمتها في ميادين مختلفة، مما أدى إلى ظهور نوع جديد من الجرائم أطلقت عليها عدة تسميات منها (الجرائم المعلوماتية) (الجرائم السيبيرية) (الجرائم الالكترونية) وغيرها من التسميات التي تصب أغلبها في قالب أو معنى واحد وهو استخدام الحاسوب كوسيلة لارتكاب الجرائم، ولقد أثارت هذه الجرائم تساؤلات كثيرة باعتبارها جرائم جديدة لم تعهدها المجتمعات من قبل، نظرا لحجم الأخطار التي تنجم عنها، كونها توجه لبث العنف والقيم الهدامة والدعوة إلى الانحلال الخلقي، وغيرها من الجرائم التي تهدد المجتمعات، وبخاصة الإسلامية والعربية التي تتنافى قيمها مع قيم ومعتقدات المجتمعات التي تُصَدِرْ الجنس عبر الانترنت لضرب أهم عنصر فيها وهم فئة الأطفال، وجاءت هذه الورقة البحثية التحليلية الموسومة بـ "انتشار الجرائم الجنسية ضد الأطفال عبر شبكة الانترنت ودور التربية الجنسية للحد منها"، في إطار دراسة الجرائم المستحدثةالتي أخذت تفتك بالمجتمعات، وبالضبط فئة الأطفال الذين أصبحوا عرضة لها وبالأخصالجرائم الجنسية عبر شبكة الانترنت، خاصة مع ضعف التربية الجنسية التي تهذب السلوك الجنسي للأفراد منذ صغر.من خلال المداخلة سنجيب عن التساؤلات التالية: ماهية جرائم الانترنت؟ ما هي مصادر جنس الأطفال عبر شبكة الانترنت؟ ما هي نسب ما يٌنتَجْ للأطفال من مواد إباحية ومواقع إباحية؟ ما هو دور التنشئة الجنسية (التربية الجنسية) في الحد من الظاهرة؟ The Arab countries, including Algeria, have received this technique, which they have used in various fields.
