Item The Iberian Peninsula (al-andalus) On The Eve Of The Islamic Conquest: A Reading Of The Political Landscape And Social Structure(مجلة دراسات في العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية- كلية العلوم الإنسانية-جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله., 2026-06-09) Guernah, ZakariaThis study examines the condition of the Iberian Peninsula prior to the Islamic conquest through an analysis of its political circumstances and social composition. It focuses on the manifestations of fragmentation that affected the central authority as a result of struggles over power, as well as on the nature of a society characterized by social stratification and religious and ethnic diversity. These conditions paved the way for the historical transformation experienced by the region following the arrival of Muslim forces in 92 AH / 711 CE, after which the peninsula came to be known in Islamic sources as al-Andalus. يعالج هذا البحث واقع شبه جزيرة إيبيريا قبيل الفتح الإسلامي من خلال استعراض لأوضاعها السياسية وتركيبتها الاجتماعية، حيث يركّز على مظاهر التفكك التي أصابت السلطة المركزية نتيجة الصراعات على الحكم، وعلى طبيعة المجتمع الذي اتسم بتعدد طبقاته وتباين مكوناته الدينية والعرقية، هذه الظروف التي مهدت للتحول التاريخي الذي عرفته المنطقة بدخول المسلمين سنة 92هـ/711م، لتُعرف شبه الجزيرة لاحقًا في المصادر الإسلامية باسم الأندلس.Item الفن بين الصوّر الإبداعية ونشر القيم الأخلاقية(مجلة المفكر جامعة الجزائر2- أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2025-06-04) رزيقة حيزير Razika Hizirإذا كان الفنّ يستدعي تجاوز كلّ ما هو مألوف من أجل الوصول إلى أفق بعيدة، فهو أيضا وسيلة هامة لنقل، ونشر القيم الأخلاقية السّائدة في مجتمعه، حيث يتبنى الفنان ما أملته عليه جماعته خلال تنشئته، ثمّ يجتهد على تفعيلها من خلال أعماله الإبداعية ولو دون قصد، لذا نجد أعمالا فنية تدعو إلى قيم الحبّ، والنقاء، والصّدق والتّسامح والصّمود... وكلّ ما يُصلح من عادات الجمهور وطباعه، ويُقوّم سلوكياته، ويدعّم هويته، أو يعزّز تاريخ حضاراته. ومنه تروم الدّراسة إماطة اللّثام عن جوانب من القيم الأخلاقية التي تحملها بعض أنواع الفنون. if art requires transcending everything that is familiar in order to reach distant horizons, then it is also an important means of transmitting and disseminating the prevailing moral values in society. The artist adopts what his group dictated to him during his upbringing, and then strives to activate it through his creative works, even if unintentionally. Therefore, we find artistic works that call for the values of love, purity, honesty, tolerance, and steadfastness... everything that corrects the customs and character of the public, improves its behavior, supports its identity, or enhances the history of its civilizations. This study aims to uncover aspects of the moral values carried by some types of artsItem أثر العولمة على حقوق الانسان. حقوق الطفل في العالم العربي أنموذجا(مجلة المفكر-جامعة الجزائر2-أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2023-06-17) بن عروس, حياةإن نشأة العولمة ارتبطت أساسا بالتحولات الكبرى التي شهدها العالم في المجالات الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية. وتعتبر الثورة التكنولوجية والتقنية خاصة في مجال الاعلام والاتصال من العوامل الاساسية لتطور وانتشار العولمة المتسارع. لقد أدى التغير الاجتماعي والثقافي الذي صاحب العولمة الى تحولات عميقة في النسق الاجتماعي للمجتمع العربي، وفي الاسرة على وجه التحديد. اذ تعتبر الاسرة -خاصة -المؤسسة الاجتماعية الأولى في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية للطفل، هذا الطفل الذي من المفروض ان يتمتع بجميع الحقوق التي تنادي وتدافع عنها المنظمات العالمية والمحلية للدفاع عن حقوق الأطفال وعلى رأسها اليونيسيف. لكن أضحت الاسرة في المجتمع العربي المعاصر تتعرض لعدة تحديات في تربية الطفل على قيم ومبادئ المجتمعات العربية في ظل التغير الثقافي الذي تفرضه العولمة قصرا على كل مجتمعات العالم. ماهي اثار العولمة على حقوق الطفل في العالم؟ وهل تعزز العولمة بكل التغيرات التي تحدثها فعليا حقوق الطفل في العالم العربي؟ وكيف يمكن لمؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية المختلفة وعلى رأسها الاسرة التصدي لانتهاك حقوق الطفل في العالم العربThe emergence of globalization was mainly linked to the major transformations that the world witnessed in the economic, political, social and cultural fields. The technological revolution, especially in the field of information and communication, is one of the main factors for the rapid development and spread of globalization. The social and cultural change that accompanied globalization has led to profound transformations in the social structure of Arab society, and in the family in particular. Since the family - in particular - is considered the first social institution in the process of socializing the child, this child is supposed to enjoy all the rights advocated and defended by international and local organizations for the defense of children's rights, led by UNICEF. However, the family in contemporary Arab society has become exposed to several challenges in raising children according to the values and principles of Arab societies in light of the cultural change that globalization imposes exclusively on all societies of the world. What are the effects of globalization on children's rights in the world? Does globalization promote all the changes that children's rights are actually bringing about in the Arab world? How can the various institutions of social upbringing, especially the family, address the violation of children's rights in the Arab world?؟
