Item التربية الاسرية على الثقافة المرورية في الوسط الحضري(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2019-06-30) شعبان, أميمةلقد أصبحت الحوادث المرورية بما يترتب عليها من خسائر بشرية واقتصادية من أصعب المشكلات التي تعطل تطور المجتمع وتنميته، وهي بذلك من أكثرها جذبا لاهتمام الباحثين، ليتجند كل في ميدانه للإحاطة بها وكبح جماحها. وفي هذه المداخلة أردنا أن نتناول الموضوع من باب الأسرة التي تلعب دورا جوهريا من خلال وظيفة التربية الاسرية، والتي نحسبها استراتيجية فعالة لإكساب الفرد بنيانا قيميا وثقافة مرورية يحددان له نوع السلوك المروري المرغوب فيه من وجهة نظر المجتمع والقانون، والكفيل بحفظ سلامته في الوسط الحضري، وحفظ مقومات المجتمع البشرية والاقتصادية بشكل عام. Traffic accidents have become one of the hardest problems that disrupt the evolution and development of society because of the casualties and economic loss that cause. Accordingly, it is the most attractive to researcher’s attention, in order to find a solution to this problem. In this communication, we tackled this subject through family which play a fundamental role within the function of education, that we consider as an effective strategy that help the individual to acquire some valuables and cultural manners that determine the kind of traffic behavior desired by both community and law, and which is responsible to keep the individual safe within the urban area, and protect human and economic constituents of society.Item سياسة الإنفاق عند الأسر الحضرية الجزائرية(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2016-05-01) شعبان, أميمةلا شك ان الانفاق الاسري يحتل مكانة جوهرية في الحياة المعاصرة لما له من اهمية متصلة اتصالا مباشرا بالحياة اليومية للأفراد وللأسر خاصة في الوسط الحضري وهذا في خضم التغيرات الهامة التي مست المجتمع واقتصاد الدولة على السواء. علما ان الادارة المنزلية اصبحت تعد احد مجالات البحث العلمي الحديث فان الادارة الجيدة للموارد المالية لمؤسسة الاسرة تعتبر وسيلة فعالة لتوفير كل الاحتياجات الحياتية لها. اما في حالة فشل هذه الاخيرة في تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي فان ذلك سيزحزح لا محال استقرارها الاجتماعي )الاحتياج والفقر و العوز)وحتى النفسي(كالشعور بالنقص والحرمان …) . في هذه الدراسة تم التركيز على العوامل المحيطة بالفرد والأسرة وكيفية تأثيرها على سلوكهم الإنفاقي . فقد كانت محاولة منا لمعرفة موقع الاسر من التخلق بالأخلاق الاقتصادية الصائبة ومدى وعيهم بالتخطيط المالي وترشيد الانفاق وكذا مدى استغلال كل الطاقات والمواهب واستثمارها حتى تصل هذه الاسر في الاخير الى حياة كريمة مستورة. The household expenditures occupy without any doubt a crucial place in our contemporary life because of their importance directly related to the daily life of the individuals and families, especially in the urban areas, in the midst of the significant changes affecting both State’s economics and society. Knowing that the household management became one of the new scientific research fields, the good management of the financial resources of the family institution is an efficient way to provide all the vital needs. However, the failure of that latter in achieving an economic stability would lead to a destabilization on social level (need, poverty, and misery) and on psychological level as well (deprivation and sense of inferiority…) In this study, we focussed on the factors that surround the individual and the family, and the way in which they affect their expenditure’s behaviours. That was an attempt to spot how far families have the good economic ethics, their awareness on the financial planning and expenditure’s rationalization, in addition to the exploitation and investments of energies and talents in order to eventually attain a decent life Les dépenses ménagères occupent sans aucun doute une place cruciale dans notre vie contemporaine en raison de leur importance directement liée à la vie quotidienne des individus et des familles, spécialement en milieu urbain, et ce au cœur des changements importants affectant la société et l'économie de l'État sur un pied d’égalité. Sachant que la gestion du ménage est devenue un des nouveaux domaines de recherche scientifique, il se trouve que La bonne gestion des ressources financières de l'institution familiale est un moyen efficace pour fournir tout les besoins vitales. Or, si cette dernière n’a pas réussi à atteindre une stabilité économique, cela conduirait à une déstabilisation tant au niveau social (besoin, pauvreté et misère) qu’au niveau psychologique (sentiment d’infériorité et de privation…) Dans cette étude, nous nous sommes concentrés sur les facteurs qui entourent l'individu et la famille et la façon dont ils influencent leurs comportements de dépenses. Nous avons essayé de localiser les familles de l'éthique économique, de leur prise de conscience de la planification financière et de la rationalisation des dépenses ainsi que de l'exploitation et l’investissement des énergies et des talents afin d’avoir en fin de compte une vie décenteItem دور العلاقات الأسرية في احتواء ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات والوقاية منها (الأسباب-الانعكاسات - الوقاية)(2014-01-01) شعبان, أميمةDrugs is one of the most important and dangerous manifestation of deviance in the Algerian society. It is a complex phenomenon because it has a negative influence on the individual and society in general. Despite all the efforts made by numerous social institutions including; family, school, security services, and justice system, this phenomenon continues to increase and rise day after day. Thus it becomes necessary to make greater efforts and fight against it. This paper, aims at identifying the causes and consequences of this scourge as a way to suggest some helpful solutions. And all this at the level of family, as it is the first institution which is responsible for providing community with healthy, balanced, and effective individuals. Also, we attempt to detect the different families and family relations factors that lead to drug addiction such as perturbation of family education and problems of family communication, in addition to some internal factors of the addicted person himself. Finally, we examined the effect of this phenomenon on the individual that extend to the family and society in order to propose some useful methods to prevent and protect families from this dangerous phenomenon. تعد آفة المخدرات أهم وأخطر مظاهر الانحراف في مجتمعنا الجزائري، وهي ظاهرة معقدة لما لها من آثار سلبية على الفرد وعلى النسق الاجتماعي عامة. وبالرغم من كل المجهودات المبذولة من طرف عديد المؤسسات الاجتماعية، كالأسرة، والمدرسة، والأجهزة الأمنية وسلك العدالة، إلا إنها لم تنجح في الحد منها بل إنها تزداد تفاقما يوما بعد يوم، وعليه بات من الضروري بذل مجهودات أكبر، كل من موقعه، للتمكن من الإحاطة بها واحتواءها. ومن هنا جاءت هذه المداخلة، محاولة منا لفهم مسببات هذه الظاهرة وانعكاساتها، وعلى ضوء ذلك محاولة كشف بعض سبل الوقاية منها. وكل هذا على مستوى الأسرة، لأنها المؤسسة الأولى المعنية بمد المجتمع بأفراد أصحاء متوازنين وفعالين. فتطرقنا للأسباب الدافعة للإدمان على المخدرات على مستوى الأسرة والخاصة بالعلاقات الأسرية فيها، مثل اختلال التربية الأسرية واختلال التواصل الأسري، وكذا العوامل الذاتية الخاصة بالمدمن نفسه. ثم تناولنا انعكاسات هذه الآفة على الفرد التي تمتد لا محالة إلى الأسرة والمجتمع، لنعرج في الأخير على أساليب وقائية، يمكنها أن تكون منهجا يساعد الأسر للوصول إلى حماية ووقاية أفرادها من هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة. Le fléau de la drogue fait partie des aspects les plus importants et les plus dangereux des manifestations de la déviance dans la société algérienne. C’est un phénomène complexe en raison de ses effets négatifs sur l'individu et sur la structure sociale en général. En dépit de tous les efforts déployés par un certain nombre d'institutions sociales, à savoir : la famille, l'école et les services de sécurité et de justice, ils ne parviennent pas à mettre fin à cefléau.Or,de plus la situation s’empire, de plus en plus ; il devient nécessaire de déployer davantage d’efforts, chacun de son coté, afin de pouvoir le maitriser et le contenir ; d'où cette communication qui est une tentative visant, à la fois,àsaisir les causes de ce phénomène et ses conséquences et découvrir quelques moyens de prévention. Tout cela au niveau de la famille étant donné qu’elle est la première institution chargée de fournir à la société de membres saints, équilibrés et efficaces. Nous avons débattu les causes familiales qui incitentàla toxicomanie, telles que les perturbations de l'éducation familiale et la communication au sein de la famille, en sus des causes qui reviennent au toxicomane lui-même. Enfin, nous avons traité les conséquences sur le toxicomane,sur sa famille et la société également ;pour arriver en dernierà proposer quelques moyens de préventions, ce qui constituerait une aide aux familles pour se protéger de ce fléau estimé dangereux.
