Item إدماج الأحداث الجانحات في المجتمع بعد خروجهن من مراكز إعادة التربية(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2024-03-31) عياشي صباح; بن سالم, اسماعيلتعتبر ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث من القضايا الاجتماعية الهامة، اخترنا الجانحات منهم موضوعا لدراستنا لتكون أول دراسة على المستوى الوطني تتناول هذا الموضوع، فظاهرة جنوح الأحداث اليوم تستقطب عديد الباحثين نظرا للمكانة التي تحظى بها وسط مختلف القضايا الأخرى لما تنطوي عليه من جوانب سلبية من شأنها تهديد النظام الاجتماعي العام وزعزعة استقراره، ما دفع إلى استحداث عديد الخطط الإصلاحية تتبناها مؤسسات تكون في انتظار هذه الشريح بمجرد خروجها من مراكز إعادة التربية، هدفها الرئيسي حماية هؤلاء الأحداث والعمل على دمجهم من جديد في بيئتهم الاجتماعية. الأسرة باعتبارها أهم مؤسسة اجتماعية تقع على عاتقها مهمة إعادة إصلاح الأحداث الجانحين بالدرجة الأولى، ناهيك عن دورها التربوي والتوعوي ومن ثم مراقبة سلوكات أبنائها والحرص على توفير كل الضروريات لهؤلاء الأبناء، فكل هذه المعايير وأخرى من شأنها إحداث أثر إيجابي للحدث على الصعيد الاجتماعي، الاقتصادي، الثقافي والتربوي، فانطلاقا على هذا الطرح نطرح الإشكالية المحورية في هذه الورقة البحثية حول: الحماية الأسرية في معاجلة وإصلاح الأحداث الجانحات، كما سنتطرق إلى العوامل التي أدت إلى حماية الأحداث بعد الخروج من مراكز إعادة التربية، وما مدى مساهمة الأسرة في إعادة الإدماج؟ The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is considered one of the important social issues. We chose female delinquents as the subject of our study to be the first study at the national level to address this topic. The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency today attracts many researchers due to the status it enjoys among various other issues because of the negative aspects it entails that could threaten the system. The general social environment and its destabilization, which prompted the introduction of several reform plans adopted by institutions that will be waiting for this segment as soon as they leave the re-education centres. Their main goal is to protect these juveniles and work to integrate them again into their social environment. The family, as the most important social institution, is responsible for reforming delinquent juveniles in the first place, not to mention its educational and awareness-raising role, then monitoring the behavior of its children and ensuring that all necessities are provided for them. Children. All of these standards and others would create a positive impact on the juvenile on the social, economic, cultural and educational levels. Based on this proposition, we pose the central problem in this research paper about: family protection in addressing and reforming juvenile delinquents. We will also address the factors that led to the protection of juvenile offenders. Events after leaving re-education centers, and to what extent does the family contribute to re-integration?Item أشكال جنوح الأحداث في الجزائر المعاصرة(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2021-12-31) لدرم, أحمدهدفت الدراسة التحليلية الحالية إلى تبيان أشكال جنوح الأحداث في المجتمع الجزائري بعد انتقاله من مجتمع تقليدي قائم على التقسيم البسيط للأدوار الاجتماعية سواء على مستوى الاسرة أو مؤسسات المجتمع المختلفة، إلى مجتمع تتحكم في آليات بناءه و منظومته القيمية العلائقية الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة، من خلال قراءة سوسيولوجية للأنماط والمظاهر التي تخلقها أشكال هذا الجنوح في الواقع الميداني. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تغيرات وتمظهرات جديدة في أشكال جنوح الأحداث في المجتمع الجزائري، تمثلت أغلبها في بروز مظاهر جديدة للجنوح وبؤره كنتيجة لتطور وسائل الاتصال التكنولوجية وتغير حجم البيئة الحاضنة للانحراف والجريمة كمصدر مغذي للسلوكيات الخارجة على قيم وعادات وقوانين المجتمع، بفعل ضعف وهشاشة آليات الضبط الاجتماعي في القيام بالدور المنوط بها. الكلمات المفتاحية: جنوح الأحداث، الجريمة، الضبط الاجتماعي، الأدوار الاجتماعية، الاسرة. The current analytical sud aime to clarifie the formas of juvenile delinquency in Algerian society after its transition from a traditional society based on the simple division of social roles, to a society controlled by the mechanisms of its construction and its relational value system and modern technological means, whether at the family level or various community institutions. Through this sociological reading of the patterns and appearances that this delinquency shapes create in the field reality. The study found new changes and appearances in the formas of juvenile delinquency in contemporary Algerian society, most of these were the emergence of new phenomena and its foci as a result of the development of information communication and technology. The change of the environment incubating deviation and crime as a source for behaviors that are outside the values, customs, and laws of society, due to the weakness and fragility of social control mechanisms In carrying out the role assigned to it.
