Item أفعال الكلام:مفاهيم واتجاهات(مجلة اللغة و الأدب - قسم اللغة العربية - كلية اللغة العربية و آدابها و اللغات الشرقية - جامعة الجزائر 02 - أبو القاسم سعدالله, 2009-11-10) عبيد, عبد الرزاقتحديدات علمية لمفاهيم ومصطلحات جرى تداولها في الخطاب اللساني المعاصر ..Item تداولية ألفاظ العقود في الفقه الإسلامي -من الإنجازية إلى السياقية-(مخبر اللسانيات التطبيقية وتعليم اللغات, 2022-06-11) قادري, أمينتقدم الدراسة المقترحة قراءة كلية عن "ألفاظ العقود" في الفقه الإسلامي، من منظور تداولي، وتراهن الدراسة على القوة الإنجازية لألفاظ العقود، بحكم ما يترتب عليها فقهيا من اللوازم الحقوقية كالبيع والشراء والهبة والزواج والطلاق وغيرها من المعاملات المالية والأسرية في النظام الإسلامي. كما تقترح الورقة دراسة في الوسائل اللغوية والسياقية التي يقترحها الفقه الإسلامي على مراقبي العقود من أجل فهم الفعل الإنجازي لألفاظ العقود في ضوء سياقات التلفظ؛ بهدف الحرص على سلامة العقود ومنع المتكلمين من استخدام الألعاب اللغوية للتحايل على الالتزام الفقهي بالحقوق. وستعتمد الدراسة على عرض ألفاظ العقود من خلال كتب القواعد الفقهية والفروع الفقهية مع التركيز على الفقه المالكي، من أجل بناء منظومة تصورية منسجمة، وتجنبا لتشتيت الآراء في حدود مساحة الدراسة. This research paper gives a global lecture of " contract formulas" in Islamic jurisprudence from a pragmatic perspective. It focusses on the contracts formulas performative force according to their jurisprudence obligations on legal supplies as sale, purchase, donation, marriage, divorce and all familial and financial transactions on Islamic system. This research suggest also linguistics and contextual means , proposed by jurisprudence for the contracts observer in order to understand the contracts wards achievements on pronunciation context with intention to preserve the safety of contracts and prevent speakers to use language games to cheat the jurisprudence commitment by rights. The studies shall expose the contracts formulas according to jurisprudence works, focussing on Maliki jurisprudence ,in order to build an coherent conceptual system and avoid distracting opinions on this paper area.Item استراتيجيات الإقناع في الخطاب الرسمي لرئاسة الجمهورية الجزائرية "دراسة تداولية في رسائل رئيس الجمهورية للشعب الجزائري"(مخبر اللسانيات التطبيقية وتعليم اللغات, 2021-12-13) مجيطنة, عبد الحقتحرص مؤسسة رئاسة الجمهورية الجزائرية ـ باعتبارها المؤسسة الأولى في البلاد ـ على تقديم خطاب تواصلي ذي قوة إقناعية عالية، من خلال الخطب الرسمية لرئيس الجمهورية في المناسبات الوطنية والدولية، واللقاءات الصحفية الدورية مع الصحافة الوطنية والدولية، وكذلك الرسائل الرئاسية الموجهة للشعب الجزائري ومختلف أطياف المجتمع المدني والدولي. وتسعى لتقديم رسالة سياسية تؤطّرها النّزعة القانونيّة للدولة الجزائرية وتضبطها الأبعاد السياسية المحلية والإقليمية وحتى الدولية، مع مراعاة طبيعة المتلقي الجزائري متمثلا في شرائح الشعب بمختلف مستوياتهم الثقافية العلمية والطبقية الاجتماعية، وكذا انتماءاتهم السياسية والأيديولوجية. والتي تفرض على مؤسسة رئاسة الجمهورية صياغة خطاب سياسي خاص يواكب تطورات المرحلة التي تمر بها البلاد على المستوى السياسي (الحراك الشعبي)، وعلى المستوى الاقتصادي (تهاوي أسعار البترول)، وعلى المستوى الصحي (جائحة كورونا)، في سياق تأسيسها لما يسمى بالجزائر الجديدة. As the first institution in the country, the Algerian Presidency is keen to present a communication speech with high persuasion, through the president's official speeches at national and international events, regular press meetings with the national and international press, as well as presidential messages addressed to the Algerian people and various segments of civil and international society. It seeks to present a political message framed by the legality of the Algerian state, taking into account the nature of the Algerian recipient, represented by segments of the people at various levels of scientific and social class culture, as well as their political and ideological affiliations. Which requires the Presidency to formulate a special political discourse to keep pace with the developments of the stage that the country is going through at: popular movement, the rise in oil prices, and Corona pandemic, in the context of its founding of the so-called new-Algeria.Item القوة الإنجازيّة للأفعال الكلاميّة في قصيدة " شجرة اللالوب" لعبد الرّحمن جيلي.(مخبر اللسانيات التطبيقية وتعليم اللغات, 2021-06-19) بومسحة, العربييركّز المقال على مفهوم نظرية الأفعال الكلاميّة بمستوياتها المختلفة: التّقريريّات، والتّوجيهيّات، والتّعبيريّات، والإلتزاميّات، والإيقاعيّات، من خلال تتبّعها وتحليل قوّتها الإنجازيّة في قصيدة " شجرة اللالوب " للشّاعر عبد الرّحمن جيلي. والهدف من الدّراسة التّعرف على مدى إسهام القوّة الإنجازيّة للفعل الكلامي في إنجاح العملية التّواصلية بين الشّاعر والشّعب السّوداني؛ أمّا أهميتها، فتظهر في دور القوّة الإنجازيّة للفعل الكلامي من أجل التّأثير والإقناع . The article focuses on the concept of speech acts theory at its different levels: Assertives, Directives, Commissives, Expressives, and Declaratives, through tracking and analyzing its achievement power in the poem " shajarat alllalub " by Abdel Rahman Gely. The aim of the study is to identify the extent of the contribution of the achievement power of the speech act to the success of the communication process between the poet and the Sudanese people. As for its importance, it appears in the role of the achievement power of act in influence and persuasion.
