Item إشكالیة المصطلحات في علم المكتبات والمعلومات والأرشیف في ظل تكنولوجیا المعلومات(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2024) حسیان Haciane, نجوى Nedjoua; كوداش, مليكة(مدير البحث)جاءت هذه الدراسة لكشف العلاقة التي تربط علم المعلومات والتوثيق باللسانيات وتطبيقاتها المختلفة فيه، وتحديد علاقة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في ذلك كله، فظهرت لنا اللغات التوثيقية، الأنطولوجيا والواب الدلالي في المقدمة.حاولنا من خلالها برهنة ضرورة إهتمامنا كمتخصصين في علم المعلومات و التوثيق بالمصطلحات وبتشكيل لغة التخصص حتى نتمكن من وضع أساس وركيزة واضحة لهذا العلم ونتمكن من تطويره، فمصطلحات هذا العلم إرتبطت برهانين إثنين أولهما التوحيد و التقييس، و ثانيهما الإستعمال. أما التقييس فقد أخذ إهتماما واسعا تجلى في الأعمال و الإنجازات التي قامت بها المنظمات الدولية المختلفة، أحدثها ما قامت به المنظمة الدولية ISOالتي أصدرت في ماي 2017 القائمة الشاملة لمصطلحات علم المعلومات و التوثيق. و بالنسبة للاستعمال أظهرت الدراسة التي أجريناها على محتويات نصوص متخصصة أن المصطلحات في هذا العلم تعاني فوضى و بلبلة كثيرة، مما يؤثر سلبا على عمليات بحث و إسترجاع المحتوى العربي، التي ترتبط مباشرة بوظيفة التكشيف ووضع المصطلح المناسب للتعبير عن محتوى الوثيقة، وكذا على العملية التعليمية البيداغوجية و تحقيق إتصال فعال بين المتخصصين. This study tries to prove the need of all specialists in information and documentation science and their interest terminology as well as establishing a specialized language ( terminology) for the field in order to make a foundation and a pillar for this science, so that to take part in its growth. however the terminology of information and documentation science faces two major challenges. The first is standardization and the second is its use. The first challenge of standardization has already received a wide attention that can be seen in the works and achievements of various international organizations. One of the most recent of them is the " Comprehensive list of Information and Documentation science Terminology" which was carried out by ISO and issued on may 2017. As for the second challenge of the use, the study that we have conducted on specialized contents shows that the terminology in this science suffers from chaos and confusion. This negatively affects the process of research and retrieving the Arabic content that is directly related to the function of indexing and setting the appropriate term to express the content of document .Moreover, it influences negatively the pedagogic teaching process and achieving an efficient communication between the specialists of this fieled.Item واقع صناعة النّشر في الجـزائـر بين التّّحدّيات الحـالية ورهانات المستقبل: دراسة إحصائيّة تحليليّة للقطاع خلال الفترة 2000-2017(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2023) قرازم, رشيد; GRAZEM, RACHID; كوداش, مليكة(مدير البحث)تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى عرض واقع صناعة النّشر في الجزائر؛ باعتبارها الصّناعة الأكثر أهميّة وحركيّة بين الصّناعات الثّقافيّة الأخرى؛ ودورها المحوريّ في رسم المشهد الثّقافي وتفعيل الحياة الفكريّة في المجتمع من خلال ما تعرضه من إنتاج فكري متنوّع، وكذا مساهمتها في التّنمية الاقتصادية. تتطرّق الدّراسة إلى تطوّر قطاع النّشر وواقعه خلال العشرين سنة الأخيرة وتوضّح الكثير من القضايا المرتبطة به كالإطار التّنظيمي والتّشريعي المُنظّمان له، وضعيّة مختلف الفاعلين فيه بدءا من الطّباعة ووصولا إلى التّسويق والعلاقات المُتداخلة الّتي تربط بينهم، وكذا أبرز الجهود الّتي تقوم بها الدّولة من أجل النّهوض به وترقيته، مع تحليل إحصائي لمختلف توجّهاته الكمّيّة منها واللّغويّة والموضوعيّة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بمختلف مراحله وأدواته (إحصائيّات، وثائق...)، حيث أظهرت الّنتائج أنّ هذه الصّناعة تخضع لهيمنة القطاع الخاص وتعرف تمركزا في الشّمال دون الجنوب، وبوجه خاصّ في العاصمة وبعض المدن الكبرى!. كما خلصت الدّراسة إلى أنّ ارتفاع تكاليف إنتاج الكتاب المحلّي، منافسة الكتاب المُستورد، هشاشة نشاط التوزيع، وكذا ضعف التشريعات الخاصّة بالكتاب هي أبرز الاختلالات الّتي تعانيها هذه الصّناعة، كما أنّ سياسات التّسويق التّقليدية ساهمت وبشكل كبير في إضعاف سوق الكتاب وأثبتت فشلها في الربط بين الكتاب والقارئ، خاصّة في ظلّ غياب سياسة وطنيّة مُحكمة للكتاب وتراجع مكانته وتنافسيّته أمام الميديا الحديثة، الأمر الّذي أدّى إلى تراجع القراءة والمطالعة في المجتمع. هذا وقدّمت الدراسة في النهاية مجموعة من المقترحات لتحسين أداء وفاعلية هذه الصناعة والنهوض بها. This study aims to provide a brief overview of the current situation of the publishing industry in Algeria and some aspects of these changes. By adopting the descriptive approach (documents, statistics, etc.), the study showed that this industry; which occupies an axial place among the other cultural industries and plays an important role in the creation of the cultural landscape; is increasingly dominated by the private sector, and that all related activities are mainly concentrated in the big cities of the north, and very particularly in Algiers!. The study also concluded that the very high costs of producing local books, competition from imported books, deficiencies in distribution networks, as well as inadequate legislation relating to books, are the major difficulties plaguing the publishing industry. These difficulties increase the fragility of the book market, still subject to traditional policies, which threatens reading with extinction, especially in the face of the advent and the mad popularization of new media. Finally, the study offers a set of appropriate recommendations to improve the performance and efficiency of this industry.
