Item الممارسات الرقمية وأثرها على استرجاع المعلومات لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الإنسانية بجامعة الجزائر 2(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2025) زميري, خولة; ZEMIRI, KHAOULA; محاجبي, عيسى(مدير البحث)صاحب اندماج تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في البيئة الأكاديمية ظهور أنماط وأشكال جديدة من الممارسات التعليمية والبحثية، حيث تحولت من كونها ممارسات تقليدية بسيطة الى ممارسات رقمية متطورة تمتلك من المهارات ما يمكنها من استثمار العديد من الامكانات التي تتيحها البيئة الرقمية، كالمنصات التعليمية ومصادر المعلومات الرقمية مثل المستودعات الرقمية وفهارس الوصول المباشر للعامة وغيرها، اضافة الى اتاحتها العديد من الفضاءات الرقمية لتعزيز التفاعل والمشاركة بين المستخدمين. وعلى هذا الأساس تهدف دراستنا الحالية الى تحديد دور هذه الممارسات في اكساب الطلبة مهارات البحث واسترجاع المعلومات بما تتضمنه من مهارات استخدام تقنيات البحث و تقييم المعلومات المسترجعة واستخدامها بكفاءة، اضافة الى الوقوف على دور برامج التدريب في الرفع من فاعلية البحث واسترجاع المعلومات. ولتحقيق هذه المساعي اعتمدنا في دراستنا على كل من المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي باستخدام كل من أداة استمارة الاستبيان والملاحظة بالمشاركة بالإضافة الى الاختبار القبلي والبعدي الذي تم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة قبل وبعد استفادتهم من برنامج تدريبي حول البحث عن المعلومات في البيئة الرقمية. وقد استهدفت الدراسة عينة قدرها 357 طالب بكلية العلوم الانسانية بجامعة الجزائر2 تم اختيارهم بطريقة طبقية تناسبية، وقد مكنتنا الدراسة الميدانية والتجريبية من الوصول الى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن مستوى الممارسات الرقمية ومهارات البحث واسترجاع المعلومات لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الانسانية بجامعة الجزائر2 جاء متوسط، اضافة الى وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى الممارسات الرقمية ومهارات البحث واسترجاع المعلومات لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي، كما وأكدت الدراسة على وجود تأثير واضح لبرامج التدريب في الرفع من فاعلية استرجاع المعلومات. وأن الممارسات الرقمية للطلبة تؤثر بشكل ملحوظ على استخدام الطلبة لتقنيات البحث عن المعلومات ومهارات تقييم المعلومات المسترجعة. The integration of information and communication technologies in the academic environment has led to the emergence of new patterns and forms of educational and research practices. These practices have transformed from simple traditional methods into advanced digital practices that possess the skills necessary to exploit the numerous opportunities provided by the digital environment, such as educational platforms and digital information sources like digital repositories and online public access catalogs (OPACs), etc. Furthermore, these practices have created various digital spaces to enhance interaction and participation among users. Based on this, our current study aims to determine the role of these practices in equipping students with research and information retrieval skills, which include the use of research techniques, the evaluation of retrieved information, and its efficient utilization. Additionally, the study seeks to examine the role of training programs in enhancing the effectiveness of information retrieval. To achieve these objectives, our study employs both descriptive and experimental methods, utilizing a questionnaire, participant observation, and pre- and post-tests applied to the study sample before and after their participation in a training program on information retrieval in the digital environment. The study targeted a sample of 357 students from the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Algiers 2, selected through a stratified proportional method. The field and experimental study enabled us to reach several key findings, the most important of which is that the level of digital practices and information retrieval skills among students at the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Algiers 2 is average. Additionally, statistically significant differences were found in the levels of digital practices and information retrieval skills among students, attributed to the variable of educational level. The study also confirmed the clear impact of training programs on improving the effectiveness of information retrieval. Moreover, the digital practices of students significantly influence their use of information retrieval techniques and their skills in evaluating retrieved information.Item الإدارة بالكفاءات: دراسة لِعَيّنة من المكتبات المركزيةالجامعية لجامعات الجزائر وسط(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2024) زيرام, بهية; ZIRAME, BAHIA; محاجبي, عيسى(مدير البحث)تناولت هذه الدراسة الإدارة بالكفاءات لِعَـيِّنة من المكتبات المركزية لجامعات الجزائر وسط.اعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي ووظفنا أدوات بحث تمثلت في الملاحظة و المقابلة مع مديري المكتبات الجامعية إضافة إلى توزيع استبيان على المكتبيين. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تطبيق جزئي لنظام الإدارة بالكفاءات في المكتبات الجامعية محل دراستنا وهذا راجع لمجموعة من المعوقات من بينها عدم توفر الميزانية الكافية و التبعية لرئاسة الجامعة و خضوعها لقانون الوظيف العمومي الذي يحدد معايير الانتقاء للتوظيف ، في الأخير قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقتراحات من بينها ضرورة تفعيل برامج التكوين الموجهة للمكتبيين حسب احتياجاتهم، إعادة النظر في قانون الترقية و التوظيف الخاص بجميع الرتب المكتبية، مع ضرورة تطوير بيئة العمل بتوفير الميزانية الكافية. This study deals with the subject of competency-based management in a sample of university libraries in central Algeria. For this purpose, we have adopted in our study the descriptive method and we used research tools such as observation, interviews with managers, and distribution of questionnaire to librarians. The study revealed a partial implementation of the competency-based management system in the university libraries subject of study. This is due to several obstacles, including insufficient budget, dependence to the university administration, and submission to the public service regulation that determines the selection criteria for recruitment. In conclusion, the study proposes several suggestions, including the necessity to reactivate the training programs for librarians according to their needs, reconsider the promotion and recruitment regulation for all library staff categories, and improve the work environment by providing an adequate budget.Item تأثير المكتبات العامة في تنمية المجتمع: المكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية للجزائر وسط نموذجا(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2024) دريبين, نصيرة; Dribine, Nacira; محاجبي, عيسى(مدير البحث)شكّل الانتقال لمجتمع المعلومات والمعرفة وانطلاق ثورة الاتصال والتكنولوجيا في بدايات القرن الحادي والعشرين انطلاقة هامة للتغيرات الجديدة في خدمات المكتبات العامة وبرز دورها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في المجتمع، وإزاء هذا التطور عملت المكتبات العمومية على الإسهام في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للسكان، في هذا الإطار استهدفت الدراسة إبراز التأثير الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية وفق مؤشرات معيار إيزو 16439 من خلال تقييم خدماتها من وجهة نظر المستعمل فيما يخص الاندماج الاجتماعي والتنمية الشخصية والتنمية الثقافية، ومساهمتها في دعم التعليم والتعلم مدى الحياة وإتاحة التكنولوجيا، وإبراز المنفعة الاقتصادية من خلال مساهمتها في تقليص البطالة ودعم الانتاجية وتعزيز الحركة الاقتصادية في البيئة المحلية، والتقييم المالي لخدمات المكتبات. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت أساليب التحليل الاقتصادي منها التقييم الاحتمالي لخدمات المكتبات العمومية ودراسة العائد على الاستثمار لخدمات الإعارة وإتاحة الأنترنت، وتم توظيف مجموعة من الأدوات للوصول إلى النتائج وهي الاستبيان الذي صمم وفق مؤشرات إيزو 16439، والمقابلة مع مدراء المكتبات الرئيسة للمطالعة العمومية وآداة الملاحظة بالمشاركة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج لعل أهمها أن المكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية تبذل جهودا بما توفره من إمكانيات لتفعيل التنمية الاجتماعية، كما تساهم في تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية لا سيما تفعيل الحركة التجارية في المنطقة وتعزيز حركة النقل المحلية، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى تسجيل عائد استثمار سلبي في مجال خدمة الإعارة وعائد استثمار إيجابي فيما يخص إتاحة الأنترنت. The transition to the information and knowledge society and the launch of the communication and technology revolution at the beginning of the Twenty-First Century marked an important start for new changes in public library services and their socio-economic role in society emerged, and in view of this development, public libraries have worked to contribute to the socio - economic development of the population, in this framework, the study aimed to highlight the socio-economic impact of the main public reading libraries according to the indicators of the ISO 16439 standard by evaluating their services from the user's point of view with regard to social integration, personal development and cultural development, and their contribution to supporting education and lifelong learning and the availability of technology, Highlighting the economic benefit through its contribution to reducing unemployment, supporting productivity, enhancing economic mobility in the local environment, and the financial assessment of library services. The study adopted a descriptive approach, and also used methods of economic analysis, including contingent valuation of Public Library Services and studying the return on investment for lending services and internet access, and a set of tools were employed to reach the results, namely the questionnaire designed according to ISO 16439 indicators, the interview with the managers of the main public reading libraries and the participatory observation tool. The study reached a set of results, perhaps the most important of which is that the main libraries for public reading are making efforts with the possibilities they provide to activate social development, and also contribute to promoting economic development, especially activating commercial traffic in the region and enhancing local transport traffic. the study also concluded that a negative return on investment was recorded in the field of lending service and a positive return on investment with regard to internet access.
