Item المنشآت العمومية الرومانية بالجزائر خلال العهد الإمبراطوري الأول دراسة إبيغرافية(Algiers2 Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah University جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2022) عرباوي، صادق; Arbaoui, Saddek; دريسي، سليم(مدير البحث)تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث المتخصصة في مجال علم الإبيغرافية، وهي تسلط الضوء على النشاط المعماري الذي عرفته الجزائر الرومانية خلال العهد الإمبراطوري الأول، و ذلك من حيث إبراز الجهات المساهمة في ذلك النشاط، من تدخلات للأباطرة، ومساهمة العائلات الثرية المتواجدة بالمدن في إطار نظام الأعيان الذي أقرته السلطة الرومانية، ناهيك عن الورشات التي وفرتها المجالس البلدية لاعتبار أن التنمية المعمارية للمدن هي في الأساس من عمل المجتمعات المحلية، هذا بالإضافة إلى تتبع وتيرة النشاط المعماري الذي عرفته المنطقة المدروسة جغرافيا و زمنيا، و كذا دراسة بيانات العملية الإنشائية على اختلاف مراحلها، بداية بمبادرة التشييد وصدور قرار التنفيذ لغاية آخر مرحلة في العملية وهي مرحلة افتتاح المنشأة وتقديم بعض الهبات بهذه المناسبة، فضلا عن ذلك إشارة بعض الوثائق لهبات مالية عددية استوجبت إلقاء أضواء على تكاليف المنشآت العمومية، وكذا تحديد العوامل المتحكمة في أهميتها المالية و الأثرية. This study is part of specialized research in the field of epigraphy, and it sheds light on the architectural activity in Roman Algeria during the first imperial era and that is in terms of highlighting the contributors to that activity, from the interventions of the emperors, and the contribution of the wealthy families located in the cities within the framework of the notable system approved by the Roman authority . Not to mention the workshops provided by the municipal councils considering that the architectural development of cities is basically the work of local communities, in addition to tracking the pace of architectural activity that the studied area knew geographically and temporally as well as studying the data of the construction process at its various stages, starting with the construction initiative and the issuance of the implementation decision until the last stage in the process, which is the stage of opening the facility and presenting some donations on this occasion. In addition, some documents refer to numerical financial donations that necessitated shedding the light on the costs of public facilities, as well as identifying the factors controlling their financial and archaeological importance.
