Item الإدارة بالكفاءات: دراسة لِعَيّنة من المكتبات المركزيةالجامعية لجامعات الجزائر وسط(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2024) زيرام, بهية; ZIRAME, BAHIA; محاجبي, عيسى(مدير البحث)تناولت هذه الدراسة الإدارة بالكفاءات لِعَـيِّنة من المكتبات المركزية لجامعات الجزائر وسط.اعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي ووظفنا أدوات بحث تمثلت في الملاحظة و المقابلة مع مديري المكتبات الجامعية إضافة إلى توزيع استبيان على المكتبيين. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تطبيق جزئي لنظام الإدارة بالكفاءات في المكتبات الجامعية محل دراستنا وهذا راجع لمجموعة من المعوقات من بينها عدم توفر الميزانية الكافية و التبعية لرئاسة الجامعة و خضوعها لقانون الوظيف العمومي الذي يحدد معايير الانتقاء للتوظيف ، في الأخير قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقتراحات من بينها ضرورة تفعيل برامج التكوين الموجهة للمكتبيين حسب احتياجاتهم، إعادة النظر في قانون الترقية و التوظيف الخاص بجميع الرتب المكتبية، مع ضرورة تطوير بيئة العمل بتوفير الميزانية الكافية. This study deals with the subject of competency-based management in a sample of university libraries in central Algeria. For this purpose, we have adopted in our study the descriptive method and we used research tools such as observation, interviews with managers, and distribution of questionnaire to librarians. The study revealed a partial implementation of the competency-based management system in the university libraries subject of study. This is due to several obstacles, including insufficient budget, dependence to the university administration, and submission to the public service regulation that determines the selection criteria for recruitment. In conclusion, the study proposes several suggestions, including the necessity to reactivate the training programs for librarians according to their needs, reconsider the promotion and recruitment regulation for all library staff categories, and improve the work environment by providing an adequate budget.Item واقع استخدام تطبيقات الويب 2.0 في بيئة مكتبات مؤسسات التعليم العالي : عينة من المكتبات الجامعية ومكتبات المدارس العليا الجزائرية(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2022) حداد, سهام; HADDAD, SIHAM; عبد الهادي, محمد (مدير البحث)تعدّ تطبيقات الجيل الثاني في المكتبات من المواضيع التكنولوجية المهمة لما تتيح من خدمات تفاعلية للمستفيدين، تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة واقع استخدام تطبيقات الويب 2.0 في بيئة مكتبات مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية، قامت الدراسة على شقين، أولهما نظري يدرس أدبيات الموضوع ، أما الشق الثاني تناول الدراسة الميدانية.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن أسئلتها تمّ إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والإحصائي، تمّ جمع المادة العلمية من مصادر عديدة.بالإضافة إلى تصميم استمارة إستبانة (خاصة بالأخصائيين والمستفيدين) ، وتعزيزها بالمقابلات والملاحظات الشخصية. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها، أنه رغم توفر قدرات بشرية بمهارات تؤهلهم للعمل في بيئة الويب 2.0، إلا أنّ المكتبات محل الدراسة غير مستعدة بشكل تام للانتقال إلى مكتبات 2.0 بسبب ضعف البيئة الحاضنة، ومن اقتراحات الدراسة، السعي إلى تكثيف الجهود لوضع خطة إستراتيجية تسمح للمكتبات بالتواجد في البيئة الافتراضية،في الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى اقتراح خطة عمل يمكن أن تساهم في الرفع من خدمات المكتبة في ظل البيئة التفاعلية. The second generation applications in libraries are the most important technological subjects because they provide interactive services to users, this study aims at knowing the reality of the use of web 2.0 applications in the environment of libraries in Algeria, The study is divided into two parts; the first one is theoretical .The second part deals with the applied field study. And to achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its questions the descriptive analytical method and the statistical were used, then to collect the scientific material from many sources, in addition to the design of a questionnaire as a main tool in such researches prepared for this purpose and enrich it with interviews and personal observations. And among the main results reached is that despite the availability of human abilities with skills that qualify them to work in the web 2.0 environment, however the libraries under studies are not completely prepared to move and engage in the libraries2.0 .Item اختصاصي المعلومات في ظل الوساطة الرقمية بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية: المكتبات المركزية لجامعات الجزائر-01-، امحمد بوقرة-بومرداس-، ومولود معمري-تيزي وزو-أنموذجا.(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2023-03-02) سريج, جميلة, Djamila Seridj; جزايري, سمير, samir DJAZAIRIتعالج الدراسة موضوع اختصاصي المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية في ظل ممارسات الوساطة الرقمية، هذه الأخيرة التي يتطلب تحول المكتبات اليها مجموعة من الشروط والمستلزمات المتمثلة في الأجهزة الفنية والتقنية والبشرية والرقمية التي تتداخل فيما بينها لتشكل لنا بناء متكاملا لتجسيد مشروع الوساطة الرقمية بالمكتبة، كما اننجاح المكتبات الجامعية في تحقيق أكبر استفادة ممكنة من مصادرها المعلوماتية في ظل الوساطة الرقمية يتوقف بشكل كبير على تطوير مستوى اختصاصي المعلومات باعتباره وسيطارقميا وجعله قادرا على المساهمة الفعالة والإيجابية في تمكين المستفيدين من التعامل مع المجموعات المكتبية الرقمية بكل سهولة ويسر. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة هي ان ممارسات الوساطة الرقمية عززت من أدوار اختصاصي المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية وساهمت في خلق نوع من التفاعل بينه وبين المستفيد، كما تم اعتباره وسيطا فعالا يمتلك بعض الكفايات اللازمة على الرغم من النقائص المتعلقة بالكفاءات التقنية التي تعد شرطا ضروريا في العمل المكتبي في ظل ممارسات الوساطة الرقمية.The study addresses the topic of information specialist in university libraries under digital mediation practices; this latter requires a transformation of libraries into a set of conditions, requirements which are technical, human and digital equipments that overlap each other to form an integrated building to reflect the digital mediation project. The successes of university libraries to achieve the greatest possible benefit of their information resources under the digital mediation depends on the development of the level of information specialist as being a digital mediator, and make him capable to contribute effectively and positively to enable beneficiaries to deal with digital library collections easily. One of the most important findings of the study is that digital mediation practices have enhanced the roles of information specialist in university libraries and contributed in creating a kind of interaction between him and the beneficiary. As he is considered as an effective mediator who possesses some necessary competencies despite the lack related to technical competencies that are necessary condition in the library work under digital mediation practices.Item دور الخدمات المكتبية في تطوير وتفعيل البحث العلمي: دراسة حالة مكتبات جامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2020) كوداش جنيدي, نبيلة; أعراب, عبد الحميد (مدير البحث)تعتبر خدمات المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية عملية أساسية بالنسبة لمجتمع المستفيدين اخترنا للقيام بهذه الدراسة مكتبات جامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة حيث عرضنا في مرحلة أولى مقومات مكتبات الجامعة الثمانية، قمنا بتحليل المعلومات المحصّلة عن طريق المقابلة، ومن أجل معرفة الدور الذي تؤديه الخدمات التي تقدّمها هذه المكتبات في تطوير البحث العلمي في جامعة زيان عاشور اخترنا فئة الأساتذة الدائمين كعينة للدراسة من خلال تحليل نتائج الاستبيان، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الخدمات التي تقدمها مكتبات جامعة زيان عاشور محدودة جدا وضعيفة وتقتصر في الغالب على خدمة الإعارة مع حضور طفيف لبعض أشكال خدمة الإحاطة الجارية، ووجدنا أنّ خدمات المعلومات التي تقدّمها مختلف المكتبات تؤثر على أداء الأساتذة في التعليم والتدريس لكن تأثيرها أقل على وظيفة البحث العلمي وكافة نشاطاته لدى الأساتذة، كما أنّ الباحثين يرحبون The purpose of this study is to present and analyze in the first place the seven Zian Achour University libraries in Djelfa, all their existing physical, human, financial, documentary and human resources to know the status of the information services offered, Secondly, in order to know the role played by the services provided by these libraries in the development of scientific research among teachers of the University of Djelfa, We concluded that the resources of these libraries are not sufficient and that the information services offered are very limited, and professors are dissatisfied. This situation influences their teaching activities more than scientific research, arriving at this conclusion, we have proposed several steps to improve the quality of the documentary services offered by the university libraries of the University of Djelfa which will have to play a key role in scientific research.Item واقع توظيف خدمات المكتبة الهجينة آ وفاق تطويرها بمؤسسات التعليم العالي في الج ا زئر: د ا رسة حالة مكتبة جامعة أمحمد بوڤرة ببومرداس(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2023) قوالي, نور الدين; أعراب, عبد الحميد (مدير البحث)تناولت الدراسة واقع توظيف الخدمات المكتبية الهجينة بالمكتبات الجامعية، من خلال دراسة حالة المكتبة المركزية لجامعة أمحمد بوڤرة ببمورداس. وكان الهدف منها هو استكشاف طبيعة العرض الخدماتي للمكتبات الجامعية بين الممارسات التقليدية والأساليب الحديثة ضمن مفهوم الخدمات المكتبية الهجينة، وبيان مدى موائمتها مع اتجاهات وسلوك مجتمع المستفيدين على ضوء التحديات التي تفرضها البيئة الرقمية والتحولات التي تشهدها منظومة التعليم العالي في الجزائر، لاسيما نظام التعليم المعاصر (ل.م.د)، ومن ثم رصد ما يعربها من المشكلات، واقتراح أبرز المقترحات التي يؤمل أن تسهم في التخفيف من حدة تلك الصعوبات، واستشراف مستقبلها واليات تطويرها بما يتماشى مع اتجاهات المجتمع الأكاديمي وبما يساهم في نيل الرضا منها. الأمر الذي يضع أمام المسؤولين بعض الحقائق المستمدة من الأمر الواقع، ويرسم في نفس الوقت نفسه بعض التوجيهات التي يمكن الاستئناس بها عند التخطيط لتحسين الخدمات القائمة أو اقتراح خدمات مستحدثة في ضوء الإمكانيات المادية والمالية والبشرية التي تتوفر عليها مكتباتنا الجامعية، وبما يُمَكنها من بلوغ مستوى المكتبات المتطورة. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدنا على أداة الاستبانة من أجل استطلاع أراء أفراد عينة البحث، واشتملت على (58) أستاذ جامعي و(209) طالب وباحث و(24) مكتبي، والمنتسبين منهم إلى جامعة أمحمد بوڤرة، واستعمال مقياس ليكرت لقياس اتجاهاتهم نحو الخدمات المكتبية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج مفادها تبنى المكتبة المدروسة للخدمات المكتبية الهجينة وبنسب متفاوتة، مع التركيز أكثر على الخدمات الإلكترونية بما يتماشى مع اتجاهات وتوقعات مختلف فئات المستفيدين منها. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم فعالية خدماتها المكتبية في مسايرة البيئة الرقمية والبيئة التعليمة، والناجم من نقص الإمكانيات المالية والمادية والتكنولوجية والبشرية، مما يجعلها مضطرة الى المزاوجة بين الخدمات التقليدية والخدمات الإلكترونية وفق الإمكانيات المتاحة لتلبية الاحتياجات العلمية والبحثية للأساتذة والطلبة والباحثين. وهو الواقع الذي يعكس حالة مكتباتنا الجامعية وارتباطه الوثيق بحجم الأهمية التي توليها الهيئات الوصية للمكتبة الجامعية. The study dealt with the reality of the employment of hybrid library services in university libraries, through the case study of the Central Library of Mohamed Bouguerra University in Boumerdes. The aim was to explore the nature of the services offering of university libraries between traditional practices and modern methods within the concept of hybrid library services, and their adaptation ofits compatibility with the trends and behavior of the users’ in the light ofchallenges imposed by the digital environment and the transformations taking place in the highereducation system in Algeria especially the contemporary education system (L.M.D). In addition, toexplore the problems and to suggest the most important recommendations that will contribute toreduce these difficulties and anticipating its future and mechanisms for its development in line withthe actual trends of the academic community and in a way that contributes to obtaining satisfactionfrom them. The fact that puts in front of responsible some facts derived from reality and at the sometime, it gives some directions that can be appealed when planning to improve the available services or to suggest modern services in the light of material, financial and human capabilities available toour university libraries, in a way that enables them to reach the level of advanced libraries. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and we relied on questionnaire, interview and observation as methodological tools, in order to survey the opinions of the members of the research sample which is composed of (58) university professors, (209) students and researchers, and (24) librarians and those affiliated with the University of Mohamed Bouguerra , and using Likert to measure their attitudes and behavior towards the library services. The study reached a set of results, that the library in question adopted hybrid library services in varying proportions with a greater focus on electronic services, in line with trends and expectations of all categories of the beneficiaries. The results showed the ineffectiveness of its services offering in keeping with the digital environment and the educational environment resulting from the lack of financial, material, technological and human capabilities, and this makes it to combine traditional services and electronic services according to available capabilities to meet the scientific and research needs of professors, studentsand researchers.
