Item مرئية و أداء المكتبات الوطنية العربية على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي: مقترح إنشاء منصات تواصل اجتماعي للمكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2024) دراجي, نادية; DERRADJI, NADIA; جزايري, سمير(مدير البحث)تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول واقع مرئية المكتبات الوطنية العربية على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وواقع أدائها عبرها مع التركيز على مدى استثمار المكتبات محل الدراسة لهذه الشبكات لتعريف هويتها وأهدافها وتقديم خدماتها، بحيث تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على أهمية حضور المكتبات الوطنية العربية على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لتحسين وتسهيل وصولها إلى المستخدمين خاصة في ظل التغيرات التكنولوجية الكبيرة والمتسارعة التي تشهدها المكتبات في كافة أنحاء العالم بمختلف أنواعها، كما أننا ركزنا وحرصنا على تقديم مشروح مقترح لتعزيز مرئية واداء المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي. وقد تم لإنجاز هذه الدراسة استخدام عدة مناهج من مناهج البحث العلمي وعدة أدوات من أدواته لجمع البيانات حول كل المكتبات الوطنية العربية ومنصاتها الرسمية المتاحة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ثم تفسيرها. هذا و قد أظهرت الدراسة محدودية التواجد الالكتروني لهذه المكتبات عبر مختلف شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي مثل الفيسبوك وتويتر وانستغرام ويوتيوب وغيرها من الشبكات. This study focuses on the reality of the visibility of Arab national libraries on social networks and the reality of their performance through them, with a focus on the extent to which the libraries under study invest in these networks to define their identity and goals and provide their services. This study highlights the importance of the presence of Arab national libraries on social networks to improve and facilitate their access to users, especially in light of the major and rapid technological changes witnessed by libraries around the world of various types. We also focused and were keen to provide a proposed explanation to enhance the visibility and performance of the Algerian National Library through social networks. To complete this study, several scientific research methods and several of its tools were used to collect data on all Arab national libraries and their official platforms available through social networking sites and then interpret them. The study also showed the limited electronic presence of these libraries through various social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other networks.Item إجراءات حفظ وتثمين التراث المخطوط في ظل البيئة الرقمية: قسم الحفظ والمخطوطات بالمكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية -أنموذجا–(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2023) سماعيل, نوارة; SMAIL, NOUARA; بيزان, مزيان(مدير البحث)تتناول هذه الدراسة واقع التراث المخطوط بالمكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية من ناحية الحفظ، الصيانة والترميم، المعالجة المادية والفزيائية والمعالجة الفكرية، ومدى مطابقتها للمعايير المعمول بها في مجال المخطوطات؛ واهتمام الباحثين برصيد المخطوطات وكذلك الوقوف على المجهودات التي يبذلها قسم الحفظ والمخطوطات من أجل العناية بهذه المصادر الهامة من المعلومات؛ ثم التطرق إلى سبل تثمين التراث المخطوط وآليات ذلك. كما تم الإشارة إلى آفاق التوجه لاستعمال تقنيات البيئة الرقمية ودورها في تطوير الخدمات وتعزيز سبل الحفظ الرقمي. توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها المجهودات الكبيرة التي تبذلها المكتبة الوطنية من أجل حفظ وتثمين وتبليغ التراث المخطوط، والتي تجسدت من خلال إنشاء مصلحة المخطوطات والمؤلفات النادرة وكذلك توفير مختلف الإمكانيات المادية للحفظ الفيزيائي الملائم للمخطوطات In this study, we discuss the reality of the manuscript heritage of the Algerian National Library in terms of conservation, maintenance and restoration, material and physical treatment, and the extent of its conformity with established standards in the field of manuscripts; In addition, the researchers’ interest in the collections of manuscript as well as to identify all the efforts made by the Department of Conservation and Manuscript in order to take care of these important sources of information. At the end of the study, we came to several results, most the recognition of the great efforts of the National Library to preserve, to value and communicate the manuscript heritage, which is was reflected in the establishment of the Department of rare manuscripts and literature; As well as the provision of various material capabilities for the appropriate physical preservation of manuscript.
