Item واقع خدمات مكتبات المتاحف العمومية الوطنية لولاية الجزائر: اقتراح خطة تسويقية في ظل البيئة الرقمية(Algiers2 University Abou El Kacem Saâdallah, 2025) سفيان تسهري، عائشة; بوفجلين، زهرة ( مدير البحث)تناولت هذه الدراسة واقع الخدمات التي تقدمها مكتبات المتاحف العمومية الوطنية بولاية الجزائر. والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم مدى تكيف هذه المكتبات المتخصصة مع التحديات التي تواجهها في التوعية بخدماتها ومدى استفادتها من الفرص التي توفرها البيئة الرقمية. تم استخدام المنهج المسحي لإجراء هذه الدراسة ، وقد أثبتت أداة تحليل SWOT قيمتها في تقييم المكتبات المشمولة بالدراسة، وفحص نقاط القوة والضعف، فضلا عن الفرص والتهديدات، مع صياغة استراتيجية تسويقية لتعزيز رؤية المكتبات وخدماتها، ولجمع البيانات اعتمدنا على الملاحظة والاستبيان والمقابلة، تضمنت عينة الدراسة 08 مكتبات، بثمان مدراء للمتاحف و15 موظف و314 مستفيدين. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مكتبات المتاحف الوطنية لولاية الجزائر تواجه صعوبات في تقديم خدمات معلومات فعالة، وعلى ضوء النتائج المتحصل عليها اقترحت الدراسة مجموعة من الاقتراحات لتطبيق مفهوم التسويق وأنشطته ومبادئه المختلفة داخل بيئة مكتبات المتاحف. This study examines the reality of services provided by national public museum libraries in Algiers province. The aim is to assess how well these specialized libraries adapt to the challenges they face in promoting their services and how effectively they leverage the opportunities offered by the digital environment. The research adopted a survey methodology. The SWOT analysis tool proved valuable in evaluating the studied libraries, examining their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and formulating a marketing strategy to enhance the visibility of the libraries and their services. Data collection relied on observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The study sample included 8 libraries, with 15 staff members, and 314 beneficiaries. The study concluded that national museum libraries in Algiers province face difficulties in providing effective information services. In light of these findings, the study proposes a set of recommendations for implementing marketing concepts, activities, and various principles within the museum library environment.Item الممارسات الرقمية وأثرها على استرجاع المعلومات لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الإنسانية بجامعة الجزائر 2(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2025) زميري, خولة; ZEMIRI, KHAOULA; محاجبي, عيسى(مدير البحث)صاحب اندماج تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في البيئة الأكاديمية ظهور أنماط وأشكال جديدة من الممارسات التعليمية والبحثية، حيث تحولت من كونها ممارسات تقليدية بسيطة الى ممارسات رقمية متطورة تمتلك من المهارات ما يمكنها من استثمار العديد من الامكانات التي تتيحها البيئة الرقمية، كالمنصات التعليمية ومصادر المعلومات الرقمية مثل المستودعات الرقمية وفهارس الوصول المباشر للعامة وغيرها، اضافة الى اتاحتها العديد من الفضاءات الرقمية لتعزيز التفاعل والمشاركة بين المستخدمين. وعلى هذا الأساس تهدف دراستنا الحالية الى تحديد دور هذه الممارسات في اكساب الطلبة مهارات البحث واسترجاع المعلومات بما تتضمنه من مهارات استخدام تقنيات البحث و تقييم المعلومات المسترجعة واستخدامها بكفاءة، اضافة الى الوقوف على دور برامج التدريب في الرفع من فاعلية البحث واسترجاع المعلومات. ولتحقيق هذه المساعي اعتمدنا في دراستنا على كل من المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي باستخدام كل من أداة استمارة الاستبيان والملاحظة بالمشاركة بالإضافة الى الاختبار القبلي والبعدي الذي تم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة قبل وبعد استفادتهم من برنامج تدريبي حول البحث عن المعلومات في البيئة الرقمية. وقد استهدفت الدراسة عينة قدرها 357 طالب بكلية العلوم الانسانية بجامعة الجزائر2 تم اختيارهم بطريقة طبقية تناسبية، وقد مكنتنا الدراسة الميدانية والتجريبية من الوصول الى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن مستوى الممارسات الرقمية ومهارات البحث واسترجاع المعلومات لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الانسانية بجامعة الجزائر2 جاء متوسط، اضافة الى وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى الممارسات الرقمية ومهارات البحث واسترجاع المعلومات لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي، كما وأكدت الدراسة على وجود تأثير واضح لبرامج التدريب في الرفع من فاعلية استرجاع المعلومات. وأن الممارسات الرقمية للطلبة تؤثر بشكل ملحوظ على استخدام الطلبة لتقنيات البحث عن المعلومات ومهارات تقييم المعلومات المسترجعة. The integration of information and communication technologies in the academic environment has led to the emergence of new patterns and forms of educational and research practices. These practices have transformed from simple traditional methods into advanced digital practices that possess the skills necessary to exploit the numerous opportunities provided by the digital environment, such as educational platforms and digital information sources like digital repositories and online public access catalogs (OPACs), etc. Furthermore, these practices have created various digital spaces to enhance interaction and participation among users. Based on this, our current study aims to determine the role of these practices in equipping students with research and information retrieval skills, which include the use of research techniques, the evaluation of retrieved information, and its efficient utilization. Additionally, the study seeks to examine the role of training programs in enhancing the effectiveness of information retrieval. To achieve these objectives, our study employs both descriptive and experimental methods, utilizing a questionnaire, participant observation, and pre- and post-tests applied to the study sample before and after their participation in a training program on information retrieval in the digital environment. The study targeted a sample of 357 students from the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Algiers 2, selected through a stratified proportional method. The field and experimental study enabled us to reach several key findings, the most important of which is that the level of digital practices and information retrieval skills among students at the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Algiers 2 is average. Additionally, statistically significant differences were found in the levels of digital practices and information retrieval skills among students, attributed to the variable of educational level. The study also confirmed the clear impact of training programs on improving the effectiveness of information retrieval. Moreover, the digital practices of students significantly influence their use of information retrieval techniques and their skills in evaluating retrieved information.Item إجراءات حفظ وتثمين التراث المخطوط في ظل البيئة الرقمية: قسم الحفظ والمخطوطات بالمكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية -أنموذجا–(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2023) سماعيل, نوارة; SMAIL, NOUARA; بيزان, مزيان(مدير البحث)تتناول هذه الدراسة واقع التراث المخطوط بالمكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية من ناحية الحفظ، الصيانة والترميم، المعالجة المادية والفزيائية والمعالجة الفكرية، ومدى مطابقتها للمعايير المعمول بها في مجال المخطوطات؛ واهتمام الباحثين برصيد المخطوطات وكذلك الوقوف على المجهودات التي يبذلها قسم الحفظ والمخطوطات من أجل العناية بهذه المصادر الهامة من المعلومات؛ ثم التطرق إلى سبل تثمين التراث المخطوط وآليات ذلك. كما تم الإشارة إلى آفاق التوجه لاستعمال تقنيات البيئة الرقمية ودورها في تطوير الخدمات وتعزيز سبل الحفظ الرقمي. توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها المجهودات الكبيرة التي تبذلها المكتبة الوطنية من أجل حفظ وتثمين وتبليغ التراث المخطوط، والتي تجسدت من خلال إنشاء مصلحة المخطوطات والمؤلفات النادرة وكذلك توفير مختلف الإمكانيات المادية للحفظ الفيزيائي الملائم للمخطوطات In this study, we discuss the reality of the manuscript heritage of the Algerian National Library in terms of conservation, maintenance and restoration, material and physical treatment, and the extent of its conformity with established standards in the field of manuscripts; In addition, the researchers’ interest in the collections of manuscript as well as to identify all the efforts made by the Department of Conservation and Manuscript in order to take care of these important sources of information. At the end of the study, we came to several results, most the recognition of the great efforts of the National Library to preserve, to value and communicate the manuscript heritage, which is was reflected in the establishment of the Department of rare manuscripts and literature; As well as the provision of various material capabilities for the appropriate physical preservation of manuscript.Item واقع توظيف خدمات المكتبة الهجينة آ وفاق تطويرها بمؤسسات التعليم العالي في الج ا زئر: د ا رسة حالة مكتبة جامعة أمحمد بوڤرة ببومرداس(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2023) قوالي, نور الدين; أعراب, عبد الحميد (مدير البحث)تناولت الدراسة واقع توظيف الخدمات المكتبية الهجينة بالمكتبات الجامعية، من خلال دراسة حالة المكتبة المركزية لجامعة أمحمد بوڤرة ببمورداس. وكان الهدف منها هو استكشاف طبيعة العرض الخدماتي للمكتبات الجامعية بين الممارسات التقليدية والأساليب الحديثة ضمن مفهوم الخدمات المكتبية الهجينة، وبيان مدى موائمتها مع اتجاهات وسلوك مجتمع المستفيدين على ضوء التحديات التي تفرضها البيئة الرقمية والتحولات التي تشهدها منظومة التعليم العالي في الجزائر، لاسيما نظام التعليم المعاصر (ل.م.د)، ومن ثم رصد ما يعربها من المشكلات، واقتراح أبرز المقترحات التي يؤمل أن تسهم في التخفيف من حدة تلك الصعوبات، واستشراف مستقبلها واليات تطويرها بما يتماشى مع اتجاهات المجتمع الأكاديمي وبما يساهم في نيل الرضا منها. الأمر الذي يضع أمام المسؤولين بعض الحقائق المستمدة من الأمر الواقع، ويرسم في نفس الوقت نفسه بعض التوجيهات التي يمكن الاستئناس بها عند التخطيط لتحسين الخدمات القائمة أو اقتراح خدمات مستحدثة في ضوء الإمكانيات المادية والمالية والبشرية التي تتوفر عليها مكتباتنا الجامعية، وبما يُمَكنها من بلوغ مستوى المكتبات المتطورة. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدنا على أداة الاستبانة من أجل استطلاع أراء أفراد عينة البحث، واشتملت على (58) أستاذ جامعي و(209) طالب وباحث و(24) مكتبي، والمنتسبين منهم إلى جامعة أمحمد بوڤرة، واستعمال مقياس ليكرت لقياس اتجاهاتهم نحو الخدمات المكتبية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج مفادها تبنى المكتبة المدروسة للخدمات المكتبية الهجينة وبنسب متفاوتة، مع التركيز أكثر على الخدمات الإلكترونية بما يتماشى مع اتجاهات وتوقعات مختلف فئات المستفيدين منها. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم فعالية خدماتها المكتبية في مسايرة البيئة الرقمية والبيئة التعليمة، والناجم من نقص الإمكانيات المالية والمادية والتكنولوجية والبشرية، مما يجعلها مضطرة الى المزاوجة بين الخدمات التقليدية والخدمات الإلكترونية وفق الإمكانيات المتاحة لتلبية الاحتياجات العلمية والبحثية للأساتذة والطلبة والباحثين. وهو الواقع الذي يعكس حالة مكتباتنا الجامعية وارتباطه الوثيق بحجم الأهمية التي توليها الهيئات الوصية للمكتبة الجامعية. The study dealt with the reality of the employment of hybrid library services in university libraries, through the case study of the Central Library of Mohamed Bouguerra University in Boumerdes. The aim was to explore the nature of the services offering of university libraries between traditional practices and modern methods within the concept of hybrid library services, and their adaptation ofits compatibility with the trends and behavior of the users’ in the light ofchallenges imposed by the digital environment and the transformations taking place in the highereducation system in Algeria especially the contemporary education system (L.M.D). In addition, toexplore the problems and to suggest the most important recommendations that will contribute toreduce these difficulties and anticipating its future and mechanisms for its development in line withthe actual trends of the academic community and in a way that contributes to obtaining satisfactionfrom them. The fact that puts in front of responsible some facts derived from reality and at the sometime, it gives some directions that can be appealed when planning to improve the available services or to suggest modern services in the light of material, financial and human capabilities available toour university libraries, in a way that enables them to reach the level of advanced libraries. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and we relied on questionnaire, interview and observation as methodological tools, in order to survey the opinions of the members of the research sample which is composed of (58) university professors, (209) students and researchers, and (24) librarians and those affiliated with the University of Mohamed Bouguerra , and using Likert to measure their attitudes and behavior towards the library services. The study reached a set of results, that the library in question adopted hybrid library services in varying proportions with a greater focus on electronic services, in line with trends and expectations of all categories of the beneficiaries. The results showed the ineffectiveness of its services offering in keeping with the digital environment and the educational environment resulting from the lack of financial, material, technological and human capabilities, and this makes it to combine traditional services and electronic services according to available capabilities to meet the scientific and research needs of professors, studentsand researchers.
