Item الإدارة الإستراتيجية بمكتبات المدارس العليا في الجزائر وسط أنموذجا: دراسة تقويمية(Algiers2 University Abou El Kacem Saâdallah, 2025) بلحاج الزين، فتحية; عبد الهادي، محمد(مدير البحث)تهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى التعرف على مدى توجه مكتبات المدارس العليا في ممارساتها الإدارية نحو الإدارة الإستراتيجية ومدى جاهزيتها، من خلال الوقوف على الواقع العملي والتي تقف على قمة الهرم بالنسبة لباقي أنماط المكتبات الآخرى بإعتبارها العمود الفقري لمؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ومدى تماشيها مع الرهانات التي أفرزتها التكنولوجيات الحديثة والإدارة العلمية الحديثة وتوافقها مع المقاربات النظرية في تحقيق الكفاءة والفعالية على مستواها، وذلك من خلال التشخيص البيئي للمكتبات الأكاديمية والوقوف على حتمية تبني آليات الإدارة الإستراتيجية في مكتبات المدارس العليا؛ حيث تمكنت الباحثة من خلال زيارتها الميدانية من تقصي الوضع الراهن لها بناءا على ما إعتمدته من منهج وصفي تحليلي بحكم دراسة الحالة لواقع المكتبات الأكاديمية المتخصصة لتقييم مدى إستعدادها المهني والعملي والتخطيطي وفق ما توفره من القدرات والمهارات اللازمة لممارسة العاملين على مستوى المكتبات محل الدراسة لمبادىء الإدارة الإستراتيجية في ظل التفكير الإستراتيجي لدى مدراء ورؤساء المصالح على مستواها، وهذا ما تم لمسه من خلال ما أشارت إليه النتائج المتحصل عليها التي توحي بالعلاقات بين الممارسات العملية بمكتبات المدارس العليا وبين التوجهات الإستراتيجية ومدى وجود فروق وإختلافات في تحديد التوجهات الإستراتيجية وإختلافها من مكتبة لآخرى ؛ فعلى ضوء تلك النتائج حرصت الباحثة على إدراج أهم المقترحات والتوصيات التي يعتقد أن الأخذ بها كفيل بتطوير مستواها الحالي والمستوى المطلوب من تطوير خدماتها وتحقيق أهدافها. The field of management studies and research has witnessed a series of significant developments, particularly with the growing interest in one of the key principles of modern management: strategic management. This shift has been accompanied by an increased emphasis on quality and performance excellence. Like other organizations, libraries and information centers have directed their professional and scientific orientations, as well as their administrative practices, toward strategic visions that embody the principles of strategic planning in the service sector. This research aims to examine the extent to which higher school libraries are aligning their administrative practices with strategic management principles, and to assess their readiness in this regard. It focuses on the practical realities of these libraries, which stand at the top of the hierarchy compared to other types of libraries, being considered the backbone of higher education and scientific research institutions. The study also explores how well these libraries respond to the challenges posed by modern technologies and scientific management approaches, and the degree to which their practices align with theoretical frameworks aimed at archeiving efficiency and effectiveness. Through an environmental diagnosis of academic libraries, the study underscores the necessity of adopting strategic management mechanisms within higher school libraries. Based on field visits and utilizing a descriptive-analytical methodology through case studies of specialized academic libraries, the researcher was able to assess the current situation and evaluate the professional, operational, and planning readiness of these libraries. This evaluation was conducted by analyzing the available capacities and skill sets of library staff and their ability to implement strategic management principles, particularly within the framework of strategic thinking among directors and department heads. The findings revealed notable links between the practical practices in higher school libraries and their strategic orientations, as well as differences in how strategic directions are identified and vary from one library to another. Based on these results, the researcher proposed a set of recommendations believed to be essential for enhancing the current performance levels and achieving the desired development of library services and goals.Item واقع استخدام تطبيقات الويب 2.0 في بيئة مكتبات مؤسسات التعليم العالي : عينة من المكتبات الجامعية ومكتبات المدارس العليا الجزائرية(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2022) حداد, سهام; HADDAD, SIHAM; عبد الهادي, محمد (مدير البحث)تعدّ تطبيقات الجيل الثاني في المكتبات من المواضيع التكنولوجية المهمة لما تتيح من خدمات تفاعلية للمستفيدين، تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة واقع استخدام تطبيقات الويب 2.0 في بيئة مكتبات مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية، قامت الدراسة على شقين، أولهما نظري يدرس أدبيات الموضوع ، أما الشق الثاني تناول الدراسة الميدانية.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن أسئلتها تمّ إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والإحصائي، تمّ جمع المادة العلمية من مصادر عديدة.بالإضافة إلى تصميم استمارة إستبانة (خاصة بالأخصائيين والمستفيدين) ، وتعزيزها بالمقابلات والملاحظات الشخصية. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها، أنه رغم توفر قدرات بشرية بمهارات تؤهلهم للعمل في بيئة الويب 2.0، إلا أنّ المكتبات محل الدراسة غير مستعدة بشكل تام للانتقال إلى مكتبات 2.0 بسبب ضعف البيئة الحاضنة، ومن اقتراحات الدراسة، السعي إلى تكثيف الجهود لوضع خطة إستراتيجية تسمح للمكتبات بالتواجد في البيئة الافتراضية،في الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى اقتراح خطة عمل يمكن أن تساهم في الرفع من خدمات المكتبة في ظل البيئة التفاعلية. The second generation applications in libraries are the most important technological subjects because they provide interactive services to users, this study aims at knowing the reality of the use of web 2.0 applications in the environment of libraries in Algeria, The study is divided into two parts; the first one is theoretical .The second part deals with the applied field study. And to achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its questions the descriptive analytical method and the statistical were used, then to collect the scientific material from many sources, in addition to the design of a questionnaire as a main tool in such researches prepared for this purpose and enrich it with interviews and personal observations. And among the main results reached is that despite the availability of human abilities with skills that qualify them to work in the web 2.0 environment, however the libraries under studies are not completely prepared to move and engage in the libraries2.0 .
