The element of light is considered one of the constants affecting the philosophical thought of the Muslim Architect ; The indication of the use of shamsyat in mosque has a functional and aesthetic role through the design of the decorative formations and the openings that emit sunlight towards the inner space of the prayer house, which fulfills the functional role of ventilation and lighting. Luster and a spiritual sense on the psyche of the Muslim with the harmony of sunlight and geometric shapes as they reflect towards the inside of the prayer house.
