Abstract

Fiqh is aware of regulating human society in general, is one of the most important characteristics of the Islamic nation, there have been numerous doctorines most notably the four doctrines: al-Maliki , al hanafi , Al-Sha’fiai , AL Hambali. In addition to the crumbling doctrines , Perhaps the most prominent of which is the Dahiri doctrine . The latter the subject of our study.
