Abstract

الفصام هو مرض عقلي يتم تشخيصه أساسا من قبل الطبيب العقلي ، و لكن قد يطلب بعض ألاطباء العقليين من زمالئهم ألاخصائيين النفسانيين إجراء فحص نفس ي، في هذه الحالة يسمح استخدام الرورشاخ نظام مندمج بإجراء تقييم دقيق ملختلف السياقات النفسية املعرفية، مثل معالجة املعلومة، و السياقات العاطفية بما في ذلك تسيير الضغط والسياقات العالئقية من خالل إدراك الذات وإدراك العالقات، كما يسمح بالتشخيص و تسليط الضوء حول التوظيف النفس ي العام للفرد. هذه القراءة املتزامنة للعالمات العيادية املختلفة التي تم التعبير عنها وتحديدها من خالل الفحص العيادي العقلي والفحص النفس ي، تسمح بتحديد الاضطراب و جوانبه املتعددة من أجل التوصل إلى العالج املناسب بكلل أفضل للمرضض. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder or disease basically diagnosed by a psychiatrist, however, psychologists could be requested for a psychological assessment , in this case the use of the Rorschach comprehensive system allows a fine evaluation of various psychological, and cognitive processes such as information processing, and emotional processes including stress management and relational processes within self-perception and perception of relationships, it allows also to establish a diagnosis in order to spot the overall psychological functioning of the subject. This simultaneous reading of the various clinical signs expressed and identified through the clinical mental examination and the psychological examination, allows to identify the disorder under its multiple aspects and to define the best therapeutic approach that suits the patient.
