ظاهرة الاجهاض: الأسباب والنتائج

Abstract

يعتبر الاجهاض أحد الظواهر أو المشاكل الصحية التي تعترض النساء خلال حياتهن الانجابية ويعد هذا الأخير أحد اهم مؤشرات الصحة الانجابية فتتعرض له المرأة اما بطريقة تلقائية نتيجة ظروف صحية معينة أو بطريقة مفتعلة وهو ما يعرف« بالإجهاض العلاجي» وذلك اذا شكل الحمل خطر على صحة الأم أوفي حالة ظهور تشوهات خلقية على الجنين هذا من جهة ومن جهة اخرى يعرف مجتمعنا انتشار نوع ثالث من الاجهاض وهو« الاجهاض الاجرامي» وهو ذلك الاجهاض الذي يتم برغبة من الأم في التخلص من جنينها غالب الأحيان ما يكون بطريقة سرية وسط ظروف صحية غير ملائمة هدا ما دفعنا في هذه الدراسة الى البحث في الأسباب والعوامل المساهمة في عملية الاجهاض وكذا أهم النتائج المترتبة عنها سواء نفسية صحية أو ديموغرافية.

Seen as a health parameter, abortion is a phenomenon that women may face. It is, sometimes, a result of medical advice, since it may threaten the mother’s health, or is voluntarily adopted. The latter occurs when danger is felt on both mother and foetus. Unfortunately, a third type of abortion is emerging. It is called criminal abortion when the mother gets rid of her foetus or baby secretly, with her free own will. But the conditions in which it is practiced are, most of the time, inappropriate and unhealthy. Due to such practices, we have intended to look for causes and factors contributing to, as well as for the consequences on psychological, health, and demographic scales.

Considéré comme un paramètre de santé, l’avortement est un phénomène auquel les femmes font face. Il est parfois causé par l’état de santé de la femme enceinte ou par survient d’une façon volontaire. Ce dernier cas est appelé avortement curatif et intervient en situation de risques encourus ou pressentis sur la santé de la femme ou son bébé. Malheureusement et de nos jours, la société algérienne connait l’émergence d’un troisième type d’avortement de nature criminelle, où la maman se débarrasse du fœtus, secrètement et de son gré, dans des conditions, souvent, inappropriées. C’est cette pratique qui nous incite à chercher dans les causes et les facteurs y contribuant de même que les conséquences en découlant sur les volets psychique, sanitaire et démographique
