التوافق النفسي واستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى أم الطفل التوحدي

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى أم الطفل التوحدي ومعرفة طبيعة الاستراتيجيات المستعملة لمواجهتها للضغوط النفسية ،هذه الدراسة أجريت على عينة قوامها (05) أمهات لديهن الأطفال المصابين بالتوحد وذلك بمصلحة طب الأطفال بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف بالمدية حيث تتراوح أعمارهنّ ما بين (27- 42 سنة). وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم تطبيق إستبان لجمع المعلومات ومقياس المواجهة (Coping) لـ Paulhan وكذلك مقياس التوافق النفسي لزينب محمود شقير. بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود مستوى متوسط من التوافق النفسي لدى الأمهات اللواتي تستعملن استراتيجيات المواجهة المركزة على حل المشكلات على عكس اللواتي يستخدمن استراتيجيات المواجهة المركزة على الانفعال لذلك فإنّ مستوى توافقهنّ النفسي منخفض. The present study aims to detect the level of psychological compatibility among the mother of an autistic child and to know the nature of strategies adopted to confront with psychological pressures.This study was conducted on a sample of (05) mothers at the Pediatrics department at the Public Hospital of Mouhamed Boudiaf in medea where mother’s age ranges between (27 to 42 years old(.In order to verify the study hypotheses. A questionnaire to collect the information coupled with Paulhan’s coping strategies scale and also Zineb Mahmoud shkeir’s psychological compatibility scale were applied. The study results showed the presence of an average level of psychological compatibility among the mothers who adopt coping strategies focused on problem-solving.unlike those who adopt coping strategies focused on emotion.Therfore their psychological compatibility level’s is low.
