L’Autopsie psychologique entre pratique et position de recherche: vignette clinique d’un décès par suicide

Abstract

Résumé: L’autopsie psychologique est un outil précieux dans l’étude du suicide mais de réalisation difficile pour les professionnels de la santé mentale. Ces difficultés sont inhérentes à la non disponibilité des formations sur cet outil de recherche, mais aussi à l’incapacité de certains professionnels de partager la douleur de la famille endeuillée par l’évènement dramatique tout en s’inscrivant dans un cadre de recherche. Dans cet article, nous suivrons les démarches d’investigation de l’autopsie psychologique à travers notre expérience de psychologue clinicien pour mettre en œuvre cet outil et pouvoir ainsi établir un diagnostic post mortem et dépister les facteurs de risque qui ont favorisé le passage à l’acte suicidaire par arme à feu chez un agent exerçant dans une institution sécuritaire. Nous tenterons de confronter notre pratique de l’autopsie psychologique dans le cas étudiée avec ce qui se fait dans la recherche académique dans le cadre de la théorie psycho dynamique constitue la toile de fond pour l’analyse du discours des interviewés. ملخص: تعتبر تقنية التشريح النفسي لدراسة وتحليل مشكلة أداة قي الإقدام إلى الانتحار ولكن من الصعب على المختصين في مجال الصحة النفسية تطبيقها ميدانيا، وذلك لعدم توفر تكوين متخصص يعمل على تدريب الأخصائيين النفسانيين على هذه الأداة المستعملة في التحقيق والبحث عن العوامل المؤدية إلى هذه المشكلة، وكذلك لعدم قدرة بعض المهنيين على التعاطف والمشاركة الوجدانية مع معاناة عائلة الفقيد في ظروف انجاز البحث. سوف نعتمد دراسة هذا الموضوع على المقاربة البسيكو ديناميكية كخلفية لتحليل خطاب الأفراد الذين كانت لهم عالقة مع المنتحر للكشف عن عوامل الخطر التي ساعدت على تعزيز المرور إلى الفعل الانتحاري بواسطة سالح ناري لموظف تابع لمؤسسة أمنية ولإجراء التشخيص بعد الوفاة. كما سنعرض تطبيقنا للطرق المستعملة في التشريح النفس ي انطلاقا من تجربتنا المهنية اليومية مع ما يطبق في إطار البحث الأكاديمي. Abstract: The Psychological autopsy is a valuable tool in the study of suicide but difficult to achieve by mental health professionals. These difficulties are inherent in the unavailability of training on this tool of investigation and research as well as the inability of some professionals to share the pain of the bereaved family by the dramatic event. In this article, we expose, through our experience as a clinical psychologist and analyst of a case, the implementation and investigative steps of psychological autopsy. This tool is used to establish a post-mortem diagnosis and identify the risk factors which favored the suicidal acting out by firearm of an agent practicing in a security institution. The data collected is confronted with what is done in an academic research context and the psychodynamic theory constitutes the backdrop for the discourse analysis of the interviewees.
