Abstract
This study seeks to explore specialized translation, its tools and methods, with a focus on
blended learning. It identifies the challenges of this practice and the strategies to improve the
effectiveness of courses. The aim is to train well-prepared specialized translators who can
play a role as intercultural mediators in the current professional context.
